The crème brûlée coffee was its usual good. But the rest of the experience was very disappointing. No “ baked goods”, was told they are in between bakeries. No coffee sleeves, list of “out of stock” items long and included ALL teas. Upon payment told rewards system down. REALLY? No smiles, no interaction and finally, filthy. Sadly won’t be back. Will stick with the Carmel mountain location.

I really love the Crème Brûlée at Mostra Coffee—the flavor is fantastic. However, I’ve noticed that the taste can be a bit inconsistent depending on the person making it. Sometimes it’s perfect, but other times it feels a little different. It’s a great drink, but I hope the quality remains consistent every time

Been there multiple times at 6-630am and they are out of syrup for their drinks. Idk if it’s an ordering issue? But I find it hard to understand how you run out of syrup when you are just opening…

Please get some sleeves that fit cups and lids that work and cups that don't leak. But coffee is good while it lasted.

The barista gave a ceremonial matcha latte instead of blueberry matcha latte. I mean, they did not really read the order?
Campfire mocha and honey lavender latte were correct. The honey lavender latte was lacking of lavender taste. I know because I tried different honey lavender coffee/latte in other coffee shops.
When we returned home. All three of us needed to use the bathroom quickly. Something was wrong with our tummy. Probably the milk they put in it.

Coffee is good, little pricy. Not enough place to sit inside. Plenty of places to sit outside. Parking is plenty since it is in a strip mall

Bad service. Avoid. Paper or plastic cups only, no mugs.

Best coffee in the area and friendly service!

Staying down here for work and this place is my go too. From crazy coconut burnt foam tops to a great Honey Lavender Latte, work a stop

This latte was so unbelievably mid, I deeply regret the $8 I spent on this. The menu describes a Bibingka Crème Brûlée with “house vanilla syrup | toasted coconut powder | milk infused with philippine coconut and vanilla bean”. What I got was plain espresso with whole milk, a pump of monin vanilla, and nothing even remotely resembling coconut or infusion. The creme brulee was just sad, the sugar was not melted at all on the sides and completely burnt in the middle. I asked the barista to torch it a bit more so it actually turns into a brulee, and she tried to tell me that it is supposed to be grainy and crunchy like that 😭

This location is NOT the place to visit if you want to experience Mostra coffee. Do yourself a favor and check out the one in Carmel Mountain. The staff at this location is not welcoming at all and the coffee quality is so far below what you will experience at the other locations. I dont know what going on with this spot in 4s, but Mostra help them be more like Carmel Mountain with quality Maybe more training and customer service awareness?

Over priced for such a small amount. We will never go back.
