Mountain Mike's Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 6:00PM using their website, trying avoid using DoorDash due frequent issues. They stated the order would be at the house at 6:45PM. At 7:30PM, the pizza hadn't arrived. They had trouble finding the order and then told me they were busy so they had DoorDash deliver it. After expressing concern, they offered to cook a pizza and have it delivered by the store. It arrived 2 hours after original placement of order. DoorDash called to confirm the order hadn't been delivered so Mountain Mike's could get refunded. When taking the trash out later that evening, we saw the original pizza left on the ground outside the door. It seems the driver quietly delivered it after the fact. We had to throw it out. I try to avoid DoorDash and food delivery services that don't properly vet drivers. However, it seems you can't count on the stores you directly deal with to use their own staff for delivery. After all that, I was still out the tip and had to eat 1.25 hours later than expected.

Ordered a small pepperoni pizza.
Half of the pizza was burnt. I called the location and was offered 20 percent off my next order.

I enjoyed my first time visit for their lunch buffet of pizza and salad. Feels very American inside and cozy as much too. It had a warm vibe. It also had good complimentary items.

I LOVE Mountain Mike's. It's my favorite pizza joint. I usually dine. The employees are all wonderful and their pizzas are delicious. Don't forget to download their app for extra deals.

Pizza was decent. The wings tasted like they just came out the microwave, and the salad bar wasn't looking to good. The staff is very friendly, but for the price I would expect better food.

So we bought pizza here for the 1st time and the last time I will buy. Doe was dry supposedly Mozzarella Pizza it had a mixture of mozzarella with white cheese. Don't waste your money here we were better off going to Costco and so will you you really want a delicious pizza try Mike's Giant Pizza in National City Sweetwater Road

Not sure how this place has anywhere above two stars. Honestly, my rating of two is generous. Pizza was absolute garbage. Would rather save money and have frozen pizza than go to Mike's again. Flavorless, bland pizza. Idk how they did it. Any fast food pizza is better. Two stars only because the bartender was very polite.

Second time in a row they have made 1 of multiple pizzas wrong… then instead of comping the pizza to compensate, they offer to remake which means 1 person is eating alone.
