My family and I enjoy Mr Moto pizza, we have visited the North Park & La Jolla location (when they had it, it closed down). My husband and I are beyond disappointed with this location, it was our first time visiting this location, and your cashier Jose gave me little to 0 costumer service. He was very unfriendly when I went to place my order, he rudely corrected me about the garlic knots, he also didn’t even bother to give me my printed receipt. My husband went to pick up our order and they told him that they have sold our stuffed garlic knots, as you can see on my receipt they charged me for stuffed garlic knots that cost 7 each a 14 dollar value, Jose didn’t do anything, my husband asked for a refund and he couldn’t even do that! My husband asked him how could he sold us product they don’t have, when I placed the order they did have stuffed garlic knots. All Jose did was offer the 6 regular garlic knots that cost only 10$ short from the value of stuffed garlic knots I ordered !This isn’t even about the money! I’m writing this review in the very very poor costumer service we were given by your employee Jose and their mistake! There are bunch of people ready to work, and you have someone who basically did not want to be there and gave poor costumer service.-Never coming to this location ever.

We came in tonight at 8:30pm and the cashier wasn’t nice and said we could order just slices (that never happened before). It’s okay but I just didn’t feel good as a costumer who eats there every week. I love the pizzas and the place. Miss the old manager who works at the one in North Park now ☹️

The pizza here is so freakin good. Almost comparable to the pizza in NYC. I got the Mamma Moto and my husband got the California Love and the Diablo. We devoured our pizza slices in less than 5 minutes. We also ordered a stuffed garlic knot (jalapeño, pepperoni, etc) but this one was too spicy for me. I liked the plain ones more. The only downside to this particular location is they do not have any restrooms. You literally can't just be sitting here too long and hanging out bc the lack of restrooms facilities will deter this. Anyhow would definitely come back if we are the area. Too bad they don't have one closer to where we live but then again maybe that's a good thing bc this would be a regular rotation on our places to eat at.

OK pizzeria was fast service. The pizza sizes are very large. I think about 24 inches in diameter. However, the quality is less comparable than Pizza Hut or Domino's.

I was trying to make a big online order and the website would not let me, I called and spoke to a gentleman that was just sweetest even offered to take my order and come deliver it on his day off. I got a call from the owner Omar and he was just helpful and patient with me, stayed on the phone while I completed the order. The pizza was delivered right on time, it was fresh and super delicious. I am one very pleased costumer.

Used to buy all my pizzas from another local business until I tried Mr Moto. They are now my favorite. I think it's the crust? Unfortunately, I usually end up eating their large all by myself. Oh great, now I want pizza.

I had their carry out pizza and it was delicious. Great variety. It was very much like a real New York or Chicago pizza and that is hard to duplicate.

Great big slices - fun flavors too. The sauce is sweeter on some slices so if you don't enjoy a sweeter sauce I'd ask which ones are more tangy. The location is great, grab some pizza and then walk around and enjoy the local places and it's a few minutes to the beach. The store is clean, staff is great, and prices are reasonable! Slices freeze well too and crisp up on reheat!

It's the horrible service. At first I thought the service was just a one off with what I experienced. It took awhile for my order to be taken and the service I experienced. But, while waiting for my order, I saw a delivery order messed up, and the person behind me wait an awkward 10 minutes to have their order taken while the front counter person and cook try to figure out their lives

Good pizza. They are large. More similar to Italian pizza than most.

Mr Moto in Pacific Beach is my new favorite pizza take out place. I am someone who never liked pizza and then found a brand ( I won't mention) I liked but there was always ( twice I tried it) a doughy sort of taste- so much so I'd only eat the toppings and never the actual pizza. Then I tasted Mr Moto. (I've had it twice) and I took a bite of the crust and guess what? Absolutely no doughy taste. I liked the pepperoni pizza so much that I actually had a left over slice for breakfast this morning! I used to hate being at friends houses when they'd order pizza- the base of the pizza soggy or too thick or too oily. I'm not sure how Mr Moto makes the crust be cooked and so tasty! But now I'm a convert!! I'd totally give them a try...
