Everything was really tasty and the GM was awesome, she went into detail in how the process was for every item in the menu and had a welcoming aura. Thanks, Mr. Moto and Miriam Rodriguez!! ??
The pizza was so tasty, fresh and perfect to my liking. Thin crust is my favorite! I also ordered garlic and stuffed knots which were delicious as well! Staff were friendly!

Imma need MIRAM R TO do a little better one with her customer service first I came in and asked for a pizza which was a medium pizza and six piece wings buffalo sauce the first thing that I see her do is put one glove on one hand and put my wings in a pan and then throw it in the oven like first of all lady that's nasty second of all you could have put two gloves on instead of just one glove and throwing my food in the oven and third of all since when was it okay for you to not wash your hands before you touch food that's nasty and very un sanitizing just know when you guys come here you need to be alert of how your food is being made and who your food is being made by I work in the kitchen so I'm very aware of how my food should come out and when it should come out and if it takes 7 minutes and make chicken wings I don't understand why she would throw my wings in before the pizza makes no sense so now I'mma have cold wings and hot pizza

At first bite is like a trip to NYC; I was surprised of how tasty & perfect this pizza was. Fresh ingredients and cheese was great quality. Staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful; that’s rare nowadays. Miriam, the manager was outstanding!! she brought my son, who is special needs. Two sauces the marinara sauce and the honey combo was delicious!!! She also took the time to shared her favorite pies to try. We can’t wait to be back!! Thank you guys!! A pizza ? gem ? in SDKid-friendliness: Autism friendly.

We called to verify our Grubhub order at 530pm tonight 11/27/23. The CSR was very rude and hung up on me 2x's. And then I called Grubhub to cancel my order because I knew she was going to mess my order up. When I asked her for her name, she wouldn't give it to me when I asked to speak with the manager she said no one would be there till 9 PM. And all I was doing is calling to confirm my order when we got the pizza. The ricotta cheese was melted like hot milk. My pizza was disgusting. We didn't even eat it. I will never order from Mr. Moto in Mission Valley. She was very rude she has no business Treating customers that way. I never got a follow up from management which is bad business.
