N Y Giant Pizza (Small Family Business)

If there’s a low bar for customer service, these guys limbo under it, and I think they feel literal physical pain for every grain of Parmesan you ask for. But the pizza is great.

The pizza makes up for the bad attitudes by a mile. Highly recommend

09/30/2025. Came in at 2:45pm. Told me they were closed. That they open at 3:30pm. Despite the Open sign flashing open and Google advertised as open with the hours of operation showing 10am to 8pm Tuesday.

Update your hours on Google!!! So no one wastes their time, or answer your phones so you can tell us!!! Or here's an idea!!! How about both!!!

Pizza was delicious customer service is lacking big time. Wasn't greeted no thank you nothing. Felt like I walked I to the mafia spot

Honestly, best pizza I've ever had, and that's a shame because I probably won't be back. The service is usually slow, but I've never minded cause its usually just me when I go. But the young guy behind the counter never greeted me, I told him what I wanted to order, and he prepped it, but then turned his back to me to pay attention to his phone, and he stayed like that till my slices came out of the oven. Then he packaged my stuff to go after not even asking me. So I got the hint. After that. He seemed pretty annoyed I was paying by digital wallet (never had a problem with the older guy who works here) just sad all around. Cause this place could be the next big thing

The pizza is amazing. They are one of the few places that offer beef peperoni on their pizzas.
Small operation wanted to call and order ahead to pick up but no one was answering the phone on a Sunday.

I've been eating here for over 20 years. They have excellent pizza. It's really a classic New York pizza. Delicious and hot. Perfect sauce too.

Being an Italian originally from New York, this is authentic NY pizza, and giant! I’ve been here a bunch of times and the pizza is consistently great, toppings are plenty, lots of cheese and meats in the calzones, the prices are great, and it’s super close to work so it’s my go to lunch spot. Reminds me of home after years in San Diego and Mission Bay. Check them out!

Nice shop with a few tables. It is set up for take out. The pires are tasty good. The lasagna is superb. For $11 to $14, if you add meatballs or sausage, you get an ample portion with a layer of toasted cheese on top. It's a treat! They also have wings that are freshly made for 60% of the price of other places.
Two disappointing items for me were the antipasto salad and a calzone I ordered.
The salad was not what I'm used to anything ordering antipasto. The calzone lacked filling and sauce.
That said,I am a returning customer for the other things I mentioned.
