We've been going to this location for the past few months and it's by far my favorite nekter in San Diego, it's definitely a good location based on how busy they are and how consistent the items stay. The staff is very quick and friendly, I usually go in during rush hour so it does get a bit crowded but it's not a problem with me since all the shops in the shopping center are usually just as busy. Nekter has been my go to catering for the office and for my kids since they have a very simple way to order bigger orders as long as you give a heads up. My favorite items on the menu are the greenies and the health nut smoothie

Amazing customer support from the team when I go in the morning even when they are busy they are very attentive. My favorite items on the menu are by far the Protein Power bowl extra tick with agave inside and on top, perfect post workout meal to get! Beware it does get really busy throughout the evening so I would go in right before grocery shopping so you can have a nice treat after you're done shopping. Ambiance is calm when the store isn't to busy, staff is very friendly and the store is overall very clean

I placed an order through the mobile app. I walked in and they told me it'd be a few minutes so I sat down at a table near the counter. After about 15 minutes and seeing newer customers get their food, I asked again about the status of my order. The two people working realized it was given to another customer for pickup - which must have happened while I was sitting there. They did not even acknowledge that I'd been sitting there for so long. They did remake the order (and let me make a change), but still pretty disappointed.

I don't remember Green Apple Detox looking like this.... what is the pink half?? I pointed out my order requested ice and the guy said he didn't remember if he put ice in it... Im like you just made it... then he quickly offered to remake it like he knew something was wrong with it.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find only two people ahead of us in line. Ordering was quick and easy, with a nice selection of options available. We decided on a Pink Flamingo and a Buzz. The service was good, and our order was prepared quite fast. The drinks were delicious--not too sweet but very tasty! The place doesn't invite you to stay there, but it is great for a grab-and-go.

I have been to this location many times and I always wanna write a review but for some reason I put it off but today would be the day that I have to share my experience because it's an ongoing issue every time I come to this location. Most of the smoothies have agave in the them. I'm not a fan of it it's too sweet. So I would say the approximation of the amount of time i've been here is probably more than ten times. I always ask to get it without the agave. And for some reason it always ends up being put in there. I came today I was helped at the register by a young girl, I asked her, can you please make sure they don't put any Agave in there? Because every time I say no agave somehow it gets put in there anyway. She assures me that she would make a note so it wouldn't happen. I had to wait for my smoothie for some time because they were busy. So I stepped out for a about 10 and came back. I see that they're about to start making my smoothie. And the girl who took my order starts putting in the ingredients in the blender. And after about 3 of the items, I witness 4 pumps of a agave pumped into the blender. So I let her finish and when she's done, she calls my name. I go over to get my smoothie. I tell her you're going to have to make it again because I just saw you put 4 pumps of agave in there. She goes i'm so sorry I forgot. So the fact that I have to tell you three times the fact that this has happened more than ten times in all the occasions i've come here and it still happens is frustrating. My thing is they're looking at what is going in the smoothie then looking at the cup and their fixation is so much of what needs to be put in the items that they forget that sometimes customers make modifications. Or substitutions, and that's important to make sure that they see that. What if somebody has an allergy to something? What if something upset someone's stomach? What if someone can't do dairy?. We are coming in here trusting you that you're making it right. It's gotten so bad to the point that I actually have to sit there and watch you make my smoothie because I have no confidence that is going to be made correctly. I've decided that it might be time for me to find another location or another place. Because this isn't worth that much trouble in spending that much money and needing to worry. Also leave ice in there all the time. So I get a crunch in there as well. And have to worry that I don't know if it's gonna be in there or not.

Not my favorite juice place. They no longer have a Jamba Juice in the area and this was the only thing close to a juice place. Sometimes you just want a refreshing fresh fruit juice drink. I was really hoping to find it here. Unfortunately nope! Usually my hubs sucks it up and finishes whatever I don't like to eat or drink... thankfully that is rare, but he even had a hard time finishing it for me and we had to toss it. We ordered a Berry Banana Burst, and of course that was our first mistake.... It had banana! I was thinking, it can't be that bad... no it was! It just reminded me how much I hate bananas in my juice drinks! The overuse of bananas used as filler is absolutely ridiculous. The banana flavor just takes over everything! I can't stand it. Your mixed drink is no longer and only tastes like banana! I like bananas on their own but not when it's supposed to be a medley. This store is busy, but I don't get why. Maybe it's their bowls and wellness shots. Sorry, but no thanks! Never again.
