I was a regular. This place used to be awesome but I won’t ever be back. They made me a juice that was disgusting, and missing ingredients and then when I told them I thought it didn’t taste right the girl at the counter gave me a ginger juice shot that had been sitting on a table in the back for me to add to my juice. The manager was in the back on the phone making juices and then when I called to talk to her, she argued with me and said I was being rude. Won’t be back to the Carmel Mountain location ever again.

Love this location as it’s very close to my house but paying for extra toppings on my bowl and getting such a small amount where I can literally count the number of nibs on my bowl is sad ! What happened to this location ? Everything is not What it used to be and I’ll have to search for other bowls in the area

I never had to wait more than 10 Min for a juice or smoothie. I just waited 15+ minutes for one small smoothie on a Wednesday. Never will I come back here without an hour of nothing to do. It's $8.5 for the cheapest small cup of smoothie here. No way, never again!

We love the product, generally everyone there is friendly but not helpful. We order ahead of time, so we are not late for work, but they never seem to have my order ready. When I walk in the employees are usually standing there and it takes them awhile to help me. They look lost and confused. I always order earlier in the morning and the store is empty. This last time I ordered they only my first 2 items ready and didn't realize had two other juices because they didn't realize they were out of receipt paper. I love the Juices, but the customer Service really needs to improve.
