Been to Animae on a few times and they never disappoint. Creative, delicious dishes and outstanding service. We love coming here and highly recommend to anyone seeking unique, yet complex food. Their craft cocktails are equally amazing and welll-balanced.

The experience was really nice our server Alex was attentive and great running through the menu and the chef's drive behind it. The food was amazing. Highlight of the meal were the tuna Kinilaw, hunan lamb chops, and the short rib kare kare.

Came as a group, trust me, nothing can go wrong at this place. Curry chicken, lamb chops, beets starter and pork belly steak were outstanding. And those desserts are uniquely flavourful!!!!
No one is doing upscale Asian fine dining like this. Every night I dream of the pork tomahawk tocino. The best lamb I’ve ever had! My only suggestion to the restaurant is to make it feel a little more special when people have their celebrations here. My boyfriend put in a birthday reservation and the host and waiter asked us if we’re celebrating anything. So there seemed to be a disconnect in communication. Other than that I would still recommend literally anything on the menu.

Can hear noise of conversations but not audible what otherd are saying, and at the table you can hold a conversation and hear clearly. Music loud but not overwhelming. You can tell there was some strategic planning with acoustics.
Pacing of dishes were well timed Not overy slow like some establishments. Drinks came out very promptly after ordering. You didnt feel stalked or constantly asked questions, yet servers were very attentive.
I always snoop the restrooms for cleanliness. Very clean, paper towels instead of blowers. Individual stalls with doors going all the way to the floor.
I would 100% return to this restuarant and recommend to friends.
