Overall, a bit of a disappointing experience. We ate here for brunch with a larger party. Food was okay, but I would’ve liked more shrimp and less bread for the sandwich, though the burger was good. Service was also just average—the waitresses were friendly but several guests did not get their water refilled. We were not informed about the cake cutting fee, which came as a surprise and can quickly become expensive ($5 per slice cut).

Despite a rude “welcome” from the hostess who didn’t even bother to look up at us when we arrived for our reservation, my wife and I had an amazing time!
The rest of the staff were proactive and friendly, and our server had some truly perfect recommendations when it came to cocktails and food. The Ali’i Pau is one of the best drinks I’ve had in San Diego!
The food was great as well, from the Cacio E Pepe, to the Scallops, and the mushroom in the dishes really popped.
And then the dessert! Loved the banana cake, but the chocolate sounded just as amazing, definitely something we’ll be back to try, along side the rest of the menu ?

Consistently good food and service. We enjoyed a cocktail and I had the heirloom tomato salad and the scallops and my husband had the hamburger( he orders it almost every time because it is so good).
We have been coming here for more than 20 years now, and we were very pleased with last night's meal. It was nice to see the menu was upgraded/different than the last time we were there. Everything we ordered was plated beautifully and cooked to perfection. Who knew Onion Flower was so amazing! (The perfect finishing touch to the Heirloom Tomato salad) It seems we always experience something new we have never seen before. It's quite exciting! We can't wait to go back.
Enjoyed the food , the service was above adequate. Disappointed in the table location -it was tucked in the back corner with one of the two egress ways blocked by luggage from the table 30” away. Strange it was allowed. Given the reservation was made a week prior, there were many empty tables (reserved according to the server), we were there on time at 630, I was expecting a better table. Next time I will specify that I will not want the table I was given. We felt squished and without sufficient airflow. But the food was good.
The food was the absolute best meal I've ever had and I eaten all over the world. The service was excellent too. The restaurant is small, casual and not fancy, but the food is superb. We will go back.
Did the Mercy of the Chef. Taste great! presentation was awesome. Surprisingly portion was perfect, meaning we 4 guys felt full afterward. Service was impeccable! There were 3 waiters/service gentlemen tending our table. 20% was included and they let us know. Well worth it! Definitely will come back! Maybe this time i will take the wife with me!!! ??
My friend and I usually have mid-week lunches at Nine Ten, but this time we encountered the brunch menu. Wowzer! I had the short ribs on toast, with Mornay sauce and a fried egg. Each element was perfectly done...utterly delicious and I felt no need to have dinner that evening. Another triumph for this wonderful venue.

Food quality was good and server was very pleasant , but we were a little disappointed that the restaurant could not make any modifications for our dietary restrictions. We saw that restaurant had a Michelin distinction but we didn't feel it met the expectation. The wine arrived after our entrée and they served my duck without an alternative sauce due to my dietary restrictions. By comparison we ate at AR Valentien the night before and that dining experience was far superior.
Lunch at the terrace, a small area with around 8 tables is very nice. Staff is very friendly, they have a short but complete lunch menu and an excellent wine list and a good sommelier.
I had breakfast at 910 this morning and was disappointed with the experience. We ordered the lemon pancakes, eggs benedict, and coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was watery and lacked flavor, and the eggs benedict was cold and bland. Despite the lovely ambiance and the kindness of the staff, the food fell short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for breakfast and don't plan on returning.
The service was overall excellent, best in awhile. The cacio e pepe was to die for, however the sea bass, though with a good flavor, wasn't cooked in the center. I pointed it out to the waiter who offered to have that part cooked, quickly accomplished. The overall combination if that dish didn't strike me as genius, rather, perhaps too eclectic.Same for the dessert I tried. Beautiful setting, lovely service. Food a bit too recherché for me.
We had a delightful evening at 9/10. Excellent service from Chris. Happily adjusting menu to suit our dietary restrictions. Beautiful sea bass; a rich and satisfying variation on “Casio e peppe”. All in all, a great evening of dining.
