I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hannah during my visit to Nishiki Ramen, and I can confidently say she made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, Hannah was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—she struck that perfect balance of being helpful without hovering.

Good ramen is the baseline. I got the smoke bomb black and while it was extra creamy and its flavor packed quite a punch, compared to other ramen places it lacked depth. At the end I was sort of fatigued by the broth. Toppings are good. Noodles are average but suits the broth.
