Loved the intimate experience in their small hidden rooms. Personal drinks service to your taste. We loved our personal drinks. Good place for a date, small groups 3-4 at the most. We only waited 10 min. It was my first experience but not new to someone in my group. Definitely recommend this place.
It was a long hard day yesterday, and thought a drink would cheer me up, so I came to Noble Experiment by myself. Had a 30 mins waitlist. Sierra was my bartender who left me feel completely unwanted there. She didn’t want to hear what I want, left me with one drink and went to the other side of the bar and never came back. I am not sure Sierra why you hated my presence so much…Was it a bad day for you too or I am being only dark skin colored among the pool of white crowd...
Reservation is recommended, but they can also put you on a wait-list for walk-ins. Probably half another to an hour wait. The entrance is behind the beer barrels.
It's a small intimate bar. Not super crowded, not loud. Perfect for a conversation. They don't have a menu, but they will make you a drink based on your palate.
