Noodle & Bun is a very special and authentic noodle restaurant in San Diego. The food is absolutely incredible and delicious, with spectacular flavor and texture. The hand pulled noodles are a highlight and cannot be found anywhere else, including the authentic Lan Zhou soup with hand pulled noodles. Dishes like the Mongolian beef, beef noodle soup, Mongolian beef chow mein with knife noodles, pork buns, dumplings, spicy wontons, beef wrap, fried shrimp, scallion pancake, cucumber salad, and edamame are all fresh, tender, flavorful, and 10/10. The service is always fast, attentive, friendly, and fabulous. Overall, it is a very satisfying meal and highly recommended.
