I typically love noodles and company but this location is severely mismanaged and unorganized. i came here on mother’s day and will never come again.
i waited 30 minutes for an order of just a basic cheesy mac! When i went to ask about it, it was clear that my order was just sitting there and they didn’t realize it. the woman who i assumed was the manager looked embarrassed but didn’t even have the decency to apologize or even look at me. That is just awful customer service.
not to mention the place was dirty! in the 30 minutes i waited, i watched as multiple dirty tables stayed dirty.

Worst food ever. The quantity is super small for what is paid. I ordered crispy chicken bacon Alfredo; the chicken is too salty, pasta is chewy, doesn’t contain bacon, doesn’t contain Alfredo only a tiny amount of it is there.
Overall won’t recommend this at all with the bad quality of food they provide

Great food but they only serve very very hot pasta on plastic bowls. They need to change this!! So bad for health!! One star for the atmosphere of burning hot food on plastic containers when dining in.
A year or two ago, my organization started regular catering orders with this Noodles and Company location. Since then, they have been an employee-favorite, regular appearance on event menus. It helps that not only is the food good, the customer service is outstanding. The manager here provides the kind of detailed attention and care that I would expect to find in a smaller, mom-and-pop shop environment, rather than a nation-wide franchise. We love these guys and will continue working with them whenever we get the chance.
Vegetarian options: They offer two vegetarian protein options, and all the dishes are customizable so you can get whatever you want.
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free noodles and several vegan options as well.
