Our server was sweet. The table they sat us at was disappointing especially since we had a reservation. Sitting right next to the kitchen door is never appealing. The farm salad is always delicious. My husband and I shared the chicken parm, it was ok, more of something you would find at Bucca Di Beppo, heavily breaded. My kids loved their pasta and pizza. My son ordered the kids cheeseburger, it came out last after we all received our food. The bread was rock hard, he couldn't even eat it, the cheese was crunchy. I had to ask for bread to put on his patty. At this point I am not sure I would return to North Italia.

I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic. And that's coming from an Italian who doesn't eat much Italian food out. Our server Daisy gave us five star service! Everybody at the restaurant was warm and friendly, very professionaland good at their job. This was very refreshing for me because my party was myself and two other women. And we had decided not to drink that night. And we weren't treated like second class citizens because we weren't ordering alcohol. This restaurant is on my list of favorites.

Service very slow and inattentive. New waiter - very kind, but needs more training. Gluten free choices available for pizza and pasta. Empty plates weren't removed before the next course came. Empty glasses sat there all evening. Didn't like the booth setup where the people over the partition next to is might as well have been at our table. No solid separation above the chest. I asked for GF bread substitute w/ my meal and what I got was a bare GF pizza crust on a pizza plate. Very strange way to serve bread. Meal was a good 5 min later than the rest of the party. Marsala risotto had a big pile of raw mushrooms on top. Interesting choices; wasn't a big fan. Another in our party had chicken parm that was very thin and dry and half the pasta was cold.

Our server, Em A was awesome, and the food was Del ious from start to finish. I had the meatball ragu, he had the scallops and we shared the arancini. Absolutely delicious. This place might feel like a chain but don't be fooled. The pasta was spot on and we were thoroughly impressed with everything we ate.

We both had martinis - they were excellent & a generous pour. My husband had vodka rigatoni which he enjoyed. I ordered the seasonal vegetable salad with grilled salmon on top- dressing on the side. The salad I got had virtually nothing of what was advertised. No asparagus, no avocado or pistachios - instead bitter pieces of kale & dressing on top not on the side.....my mistake I should have sent the dish back to the kitchen. Most disappointing.

Friday night of restaurant week so place was packed. Clearly understaffed. Party of two with a reservation, but sat outside in family section. Drinks were slow, food was slow. Bad ambience. Will not return.

The food was terrific--the vodka pasta nice and spicy as advertised. The miso fritta-( not sure I have the correct name for the dish) was tasty, attractively plated, and fun. Service was attentive. Downside is the parking--lots of it and all full.

We're frequent customers of North but this wasn't the best experience. Had the whole family there. Zucca chips were soggy, and food coming out was super slow. Then two mains came out, and the rest came 10 minutes later. Very weird for a typically consistent place. Manager came out several times to apologize but it just wasn't a great experience.

The wait time for our food was also long, after we were seated we didn't get our food until almost an hour later. It also took a while to get out check and boxes afterwards. Overall, it was a mixed experience, the food was great, some friendly faces, loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, but the service could use some improvement.
