We're frequent customers of North but this wasn't the best experience. Had the whole family there. Zucca chips were soggy, and food coming out was super slow. Then two mains came out, and the rest came 10 minutes later. Very weird for a typically consistent place. Manager came out several times to apologize but it just wasn't a great experience.
The food was delicious and the host and staff who brought us our food were very friendly. However, our server wasn't very attentive, as we were barely checked on throughout the meal. The wait time for our food was also long, after we were seated we didn't get our food until almost an hour later. It also took a while to get out check and boxes afterwards. Usually the food is very good. However this night two of the dishes were so salty they were almost uneatable. Plus those two dishes came out 20 minutes after all the other meals. Very disappointing.
