The food was decidedly bland. And they were out of several items on the menu, even featured items, and it was an early dinner. Our consensus: not worth the price. Not going back. If you want great Italian, try Cardellino's.

We ordered twice and both times the server came back and said they didnt have it. So the food was good but not what we expected. It was a little busy so service was ok but very slow.

Roberto is hands down the best server at North Italia! He was professional and took good care of Us. It gives a special touch when servers stop to chat with the customers and get to know them.

Our dinner for 4 took over 2 hours. We were sat at 6:30. Placed our orders by 6:45 (2 of entrees were salads, pizza, lasagna) and no food including our appetizers arrived until after 7:45. Our server made 101 excuses why our food was nor coming out. Two tables on either side came and went while we sat waiting. After 1.5 hours the manager brought us some stale white bread with butter "on the house" and offered to buy us dessert. We ended up ordering 2 desserts - 1 of which we had to pay for. Just a tip - maybe not make a big deal that you're buying us dessert and just say you are covering 1 free dessert for the table. After waiting over 2 hours i was annoyed to be charged for the second dessert. We only got it bc you presented it as compensation for loosing our order. Overall we will not return. The food was mid and customer experience was terrible. There are so many better restaurants around why put up with terrible service, they obviously dont care about their customers . At least be honest if you lost the order.

I ordered the bolognese pasta to go and I was so disappointed. It looked Nothing like the pictures. Had no garnishment whatsoever. It completely lacked the flavor profile it claimed to have. The noodles were undercooked and clumped together. Even olive garden would outdo this. They also didn't give me a fork.

Service time was incredible slow, took 15 minutes to get check after having finished, and then required a separate app to pay. Food was good though

Meep. I was meaning to go to this place for a while in person, but a friend had a hankering for Italian on a Monday night and they were the only Italian place open at 830 on a Monday.
It seems really nice with a lot of good options but my shaved meatball ragu was really not good. There were huge whole red onions that were barely cooked and gross. Apparently the sea scallops were fine, and we got the truffle garlic bread which was eh.
But we both got food poisoning sooooooooo idk. Paid nearly one hundred dollars for two entrees and an appetizer just to be sickened by it. Yuck.
