## North Park Creamery Review
We stopped by North Park Creamery and ordered their delicious chocolate dips: Strawberry Chocolate Dip,Vanilla Chocolate Dip and pineapple dole whip. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of their products.

The *Strawberry Chocolate Dip* was a standout, with a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors. The strawberry flavor was prominent, and the chocolate coating added a rich and creamy texture. It was absolutely amazing!

The *Vanilla Chocolate Dip* was another winner, with a smooth and creamy vanilla flavor that paired beautifully with the chocolate. The vanilla was subtle yet distinct, and the chocolate added a nice depth to the flavor.

The *Pineapple Chocolate Dip* was a bit of a surprise, with a slightly savory flavor that didn't quite fit with our expectations. While it wasn't bad, it didn't quite live up to the standards set by the strawberry and vanilla dips. Someone may like this flavor better than our own and personal taste.

Overall, we would highly recommend North Park Creamery for their delicious chocolate dips. The strawberry and vanilla flavors are must-tries, and we're eager to go back and explore more of their offerings.

Would we go back? Absolutely! We're already planning our next visit to try more of their flavors. Enjoy if you’re going there soon:)

Yummy soft serve ice cream and milkshakes at North Park Creamery! We really enjoyed the vanilla soft serve sugar cone and Bird Park milkshake (chocolate and Reese’s peanut butter). Very friendly staff and quick service. Dog friendly as well. Recommend!

Love NP Creamery! Eric is the bomb. Clean and welcoming with a broad menu of great ice cream and toppings. Waffle cones, cups and sundays. Lots of vegan options as well.

Love having a local place to go get a dip cone. Made me feel like a kid again. It was so delicious and to top it off they had a gluten free waffle cone that was the best! Definitely will come back again and again!

Make sure they don’t short you. I ordered a $12 cone and instead of filling the cone all the way up, the bottom was hollow, and they had made it seem fuller by how they filled the cone. Boo.

I am not sure why I haven’t tried this place sooner… I had the brownie sunday and it was just soooo delicious. I will be back soon

Great selection of flavors and dip flavors. Wonderful family owned and run business. Milkshake options too. Organic and vegan options. There's seating inside and outside.
We'll definitely be back.

Best soft serve 😍

First impression was good overall. Seating outside. Vegan and gluten free options available if you have allergies, but unfortunately they ran out of gluten free cones. Variety of flavors, but they don't give samples which sucks, because what if you don't like what you ordered...? The staff seemed annoyed and not too keen on the small talk, but they properly had a long day, so please have your orders ready when it's your turn. Spent about $26 (not including tip) for 3 items. If you like your shakes thick I wouldn't recommend the soft serve milkshake (it's soft serve...), but the homemade waffle cones are a nice touch (thin/crispy, not hard/crunchy)

Anytime that I visit a new city, one type of eatery always near the top of my search is ice cream. Is a city even worth visiting if they don't have great non dairy ice cream options? With that being said, I am happy to report that indeed .. San Diego is now deemed officially worth visiting 🤗 (just in case you were awaiting my official permission before buying that plane ticket ✈️, you're welcome!) :). I have every faith there's multiple great places in the greater San Diego area where to find great non dairy ice cream but there's one, North Park Creamery, that caught my attention above and beyond all, why ... soft serve, Coconut Ube ice cream, that's why .. very ... very intriguing! They are located in the (wait for it...) North Park area (seems logical enough lol) and are dangerously close to an Insomnia Cookies location just across the street lol. They offer a nice variety of flavors, the most unique of which (to me) was easily the Coconut Ube flavor. The environment was a bit dark so I did have to brighten my picture to faithfully capture all of the ice cream cone glory lol. You know the line in Star Wars "that's no space station", well, "that's no ice cream cone" .. it was like a death star of ice cream cones except the only thing this death star was conquering was my cravings (you're welcome, Alderaan). Huge, just huge ice cream cone with a vegan labeled cone (nice touch!), super creamy with a flavor that was out of this world. Sandi opted for the Strawberry Dole Whip and Vanilla twist and, she wasn't wrong in her choice, she just didn't happen to be quite as "right" as I was in mine :). So, what are you waiting for, check them out! Go across the street, grab you an Insomnia cookie (or two...) and together with your ice cream well, remember ... what happens in San Diego stays in San Diego (except if you drip and stain your clothes with ice cream, that might be coming home with you).
