Nothing Bundt Cakes

Maddie was incredibly friendly and welcoming when we arrived at the store! Its honestly the little things that matter - thank you Maddie for making my wife’s birthday special!

So its my boyfriends birthday and he wanted to share some bundt cakes with friends. We get here not knowing they were about to close and we felt terrible 😭 but libby s. Was super nice and said it was fine as well as her coworker( sorry didn't catch a name) ahhh I feel even worse now 😭😭🥺 I'm sorry!

Danye and Dorothy were nothing less than great. The customer service was TOP TIER. They offered a bunch of different treats, not to mention always smiling and educating me on the different flavors. With customer service like this, I’m totally shocked these 2 aren’t promoted to a regional or store manager. Whoever trained them needs a raise! Clearly an exceptional job. Nice job! I’ll be a repeat customers for life. Nothing Bundt Cakes needs more employees like these 2!!!!

Rude at this location never going back. Why don't you have utensils? Even if you’re taking it home. You’re charging so much for a bunt cake and can’t even get Utensils.

For me it was a first time experience. Cakes were quite ok, nice decor, but the service kind of puts you off...literally.

To consider maybe:

1. some of your customers might be first timers. Someone should be able to present the cakes and maybe smile, although not mandatory. One should be able to taste, especially if they already bought the cake, but there are no spoons or sticks or anything.
2. the shop employees should be trained to make people feel welcomed. Otherwise I would recommend to turn it just in an online business...no need to interact with others..

Great service and cakes.

Unfortunately the carrot cake bundlets were quite dry. Not my usual experience. I wonder if it’s due to the cold weather?

The icing on the cake however was the absolutely wonderful customer service by Lai. She was super personable to my wife and I that I bought an extra carrot cake bundlet. Unfortunately the second bundlet was also dry-ish.

I just had an exceptional experience here. Both the young man who took my order and the man who brought out my order were so pleasant, helpful, and went above and beyond. The man offered me a free mini cake with my order as I was a first timer. I feel so good about giving them my business and highly recommend their store and delicious cakes! This location is the best! Everyone is always so nice! I came in 5 min before closing and Josh not only welcomed us with a smile but answered my million questions! Thank you guys for your outstanding customer service.

The cakes were UH-MAZING!!! I’m giving five stars for the actual business but if I could I would have liked to give feedback on my delivery. I used your website so it automatically charged me a set price and assigned an Uber driver, I was not able to see who delivered it. The cupcakes were all out of their cups and holding plate, icing had fallen off a few of them and it was hideous! Luckily it was for an 8 year olds birthday party so we salvaged them and the kids still crushed them, (they really were delicious) but having a standard fee for delivery and them being able to trash our products kind of sucked! I do have a picture I just didn’t want to ruin the feed on here, as you really are a great cake shop!

Dietary restrictions: Was able to accommodate a kid with a gluten allergy at the birthday party, that was convenient!

I can not speak highly enough about these cakes! They are moist, flavorful, unique, and make my mouth happy!! I have not yet had a flavor I didn't like. I am extremely fond of the lemon and white chocolate raspberry ? but still have some flavors I haven't tried yet. The frosting compliments the cake by being just the right amount of sweet. Try it I think you'll be pleased ?
