I cannot say enough amazing things about Nothing Bundt Cakes in Carmel Mountain Ranch, San Diego! 🎂 Their manager Derrick is amazing and the service is absolutely top-notch. I live in Las Vegas (where I’m busy being the best realtor in town 😉), and my son is away at college in San Diego. I wanted to surprise him for his birthday, and the team here went above and beyond to make it extra special.

They handled everything seamlessly—from the order details to the perfect presentation—making me feel like I was right there celebrating with him. My son was so surprised and happy, and it meant the world to me as a mom. 💙

When i saw the store, I asked my sister what it was, she said its a specialty bakery, so went in, I was deciding what to order and saw the smores I told my sister I wanted to try it but I also wanted the strawberry short cake which we bought, as I was about to leave the store one of the ladies, sorry I didn't get her name asked me if I wanted to try it and she gave me one. It was very delicious, and I would go back again and try the other flavors. Thank you for the threat and pleasant service

This is the moistest, best tasting cake. We have ordered for birthdays, mother's Day, graduations and just for fun. They have a regular cake size, two person size (bundtlet) or bite size (bundtini)...so you can get different flavors. The best IMHO are chocolate, chocolate chip, lemon, and red velvet) but honestly I haven't had a flavor I didn't like). You should definitely try them.

Was surprised that the bundtlets are now $6.75 each? I did buy one as it was going to be my last time visiting and the bundtlet was old, possibly sitting in the store longer then usual due to people not purchasing with the cost being so high. Guess it was a good way to get me to stop indulging :)

We ordered two specific flavors 1 week before pickup. We had a specific date and time of pickup. When we arrived, they simply said they had sold out of not one, but BOTH of the flavors we already ordered and paid for. They sold them the same day, so we know they had the opportunity to set them aside. What is the point of ordering ahead if they just sell your food anyway. They didn't offer us a refund or discount, we were told to swap them out for their other flavors.

My family and I LOVE NBC, so much better than any overrated cupcake place. Today’s experience was extra special because my kids got to meet the baker Kaden who came out to greet us and chat briefly about our favorite carrot cake. He made a birthday extra special without even knowing it’s for a birthday! We definitely come to NBC for the sweet tooth but the icing on the cake is the sweet employees like Kaden and Carmel Valley and Lai at Mission valley. Please do convey my gratitude

Will and John were wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a nonprofit organization I work for and they donated some product.
