My family and I LOVE NBC, so much better than any overrated cupcake place. Today’s experience was extra special because my kids got to meet the baker Kaden who came out to greet us and chat briefly about our favorite carrot cake. He made a birthday extra special without even knowing it’s for a birthday! We definitely come to NBC for the sweet tooth but the icing on the cake is the sweet employees like Kaden and Carmel Valley and Lai at Mission valley. Please do convey my gratitude

Will and John were wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a nonprofit organization I work for and they donated some product. I really appreciate the caramel Mountain stores run very well and always looks extremely professional so all the people that work at the counter. Thanks you guys, Monica

I wish I could have tasted the cakes, but current packaging desing makes them AWFUL for transportation. Got themnout of the car and they were all smooshed.I can not put them on the table?

the individual chocolate chocolate chip was very very good although the individual red velvet tasted off and so i didn't finish the red velvet.

I just went by to see any new seasonal flavors that they had for this time of year, with my host student. Had an amazing interaction with Marissa; she provided excellent service. Even though we were initially just planning to pass through to see flavor options, we ended up getting two little Bundt cakes because of Marissa. In conversation, we ended up connecting over paths crossed! Marissa was so sweet, very kind … we will be coming back because of her. Plus… THE CAKES WERE AMAZING. We got snickerdoodle and confetti, basic but so so delicious.

One of the workers were really nice to nice to me. She helped me cause I was new here and stuff.

These things are great. I tend to not like cakes but these all taste so good. We tend to get them when we host parties and they are good for sharing and splitting with people. Getting a bundle is always great too just to have many flavor options. Highly recommend coming here and even using their cakes for parties.

Great customer service ?

The skies are ominous today, I'm tired from being at the hospital on call but wanted a lil treat for myself before going home. I absolutely adore this place and although a true native of Missouri, was so pleased to find these gems here. I walked in and there were several customers ahead of me. A very well spoken young man by the name of Alan, asked how I was doing today. I will call him my angel because I've been home sick lately since being here for only a few months. This youngman already made me think about my grandson Jordan, but Alan's big smile with braces showing only to tell me that my cupcake was on the house, brought me to tears. Please recognize this youngman for being a wonderful asset to your establishment and bringing so much joy and happiness to someone who really needed his kindness. For mine and my wife's first time coming here, it was certainly worth it. Marissa was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending us for the snickerdoodle and a few others.The flavor of the snickerdoodle cake isOutstanding, with a perfect blend of sweetness yet modest enjoyment. Can't wait to try the others we got.Will certainly be coming back again soon!
