I made an order today Sunday October 20 for a 1015 pick up from Oakberry PB. Google says that they opened at 730 today and the Oakberry web interface allowed me to place the order but when I drove the 20 minutes it takes me to get there from north park, the store was closed.
This wasted an hour of my day and I never received my order.

whoever was working tonight needs to work on their customer service. Got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times. No response when I asked how she was doing & just stood then when I walked up the register no word or bother to ask what I want to order. Smile, you have an amazing job. Live in PA visited SD for vacation and I LOVE Acai Bowl's (and really picky on how it tastes). This place was A+, it was delicious so much so we went back again the following night (if that wasn't our last night we prob would have gone back again and again). On top of how good it was, both nights the staff was exceptional (thank you Sofia and Maddison)! I noticed on my receipt when we got back home that somehow instead of a $5 tip it charged me a $50 tip YIKES, but I called and they were so very nice and gladly refunded me the $. I highly recommend this place not only for the quality of their Acai but for how wonderful the company and staff are!

I don’t order a lot of acai bowls but when I do it’s usually at other places. I decided to try Oakberry for a change. Maybe I came on a bad day? The açaí wasn’t very frozen, it was kind of runny. Also, usually when you ask for peanut butter you get real peanut butter. What I got was poured out of a squeeze bottle. It was runny too. So overall it wasn’t like any other bowl I’ve ever had. It was like eating a smoothie. I couldn’t eat it all and regretted getting the larger size.

Really thoughtfully crafted açaí! Presentation is beautiful and taste was on point! I love that they are priced per cup size and do not up charge per ingredient. Their açaí quality is really high too! Also ordered their Hydration Booster smoothie (with no ginger) and it was soo delicious!
