Come for the views, stay for the service. The entire staff at this bar and hotel are top notch. Mimi assisted us during our evening and she’s just beyond friendly. I have been so impressed by all the friendly faces!
The food is different never quite what you think it will be
Service is slow with attitude

It's clean and beautiful. We didn't get any food. We just enjoyed the atmosphere.

The food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken nuggets, and unfortunately, they didn’t impress me at all. Service was ok

Went in for drink and bite. Staff told us to seat ourselves and they would be with us shortly. We sat outside on the waterfront deck and waited for more than 20 minutes. Three staff came out to serve other tables, including the person that told us to seat ourselves. Not one person even acknowledged we were there, even when we stood up to leave right in front of the third person to ignore our presence. Definitely will not be rushing back to be ignored.

Worst customer service I have received after a long time. We just got to the restaurant at 9:40 PM and after waiting for 20 minutes the server finally get to our table and when we ask to order a drink and food, she said the kitchen just got closed and she knew we were waiting there for 20 minutes but they didn’t Accommodate to serve us sooner so we can get or informed us regarding the policy of their Kitchen when they get closed. I wish I could give zero star if I could .

Was staying here at the Hilton,
Didn’t know what to get so I asked the bartender her recommendation. She recommended the bass ceviche which was one of the best ceviche I had in my life. She was very nice and friendly.

It says open both here on Google and on the Hilton Bayfront website but it’s closed due to the workers’ strike, along with many other amenities and services (including during stay cleanings LOL). Embarrassing.
I've been here a few times throughout the years during an annual event and now that I no longer live in SD, this is one of my go to hotels to stay at.
The bartenders are absolutely nice and they remembered us from earlier in the day and we returned at night.
Now the 2-3 Stars is because of the female server. Her attitude, tone of voice, and body language is a no for me. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Freezing cold, AC set at 63. Wouldn't let me sit in sun or outside to thaw. $30 for tiny flatbread. Friendly staff.

It is a very cozy restaurant, its collaborators are very kind when it comes to asking about the menu, its facilities are very well maintained and the food is delicious and very accessible.
