A friend of ours recommended this place for breakfast. He said the place serves good breakfast. It didn’t disappoint me. I love their coffee, toast, eggs and hash brown which is crispy with a hint of garlic flavor. The restaurant has their own bakery separate from the cafe where they serve the best cinnamon rolls.

Service is pretty good in this cozy place. There’s a fireplace inside the cafe to warm the cold days. A good place to go to after strolling in the morning along mission bay or pacific beach.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The egg scrambles are so fresh and the hash browns are the best I have had in ages. I find myself back on the east coast craving breakfast at the Olive Cafe.

We went twice while we were in San Diego for breakfast. Loved the breakfast
burrito, pancakes and chilaquiles!

Great breakfast place especially for pancakes. The oat milk latte was a little on the bitter side as the oat milk they use has virtually no sugar and the taste works for me

Came here over a year ago and meant to write a review...cannot stop thinking about how great this spot was. The best breakfast and fantastic banana latte. 10/10! Super busy but worth the wait.

I got an açaí bowl. I don’t even normally like açaí bowls that much but I loved this one! Fresh fruit and honey made it so sweet and yummy! Also right by the beach.

Delicious breakfast spot on Mission boulevard.
Menu items to satisfy the hungriest hangover,

Olive is a real gem. Excellent breakfast (shout out to the buttermilk pancakes and breakfast burrito). Great coffee. Lots of gluten free options. Dropping in here on repeat.

Stumbled upon this quaint cafe on our recent vacation. Was just down the street from our Airbnb. We ended up having breakfast here twice! Incredible food! Service and atmosphere was also lovely! 100% recommend grabbing breakfast here if you're in the area! We loved the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich, acai bowl, and pancakes.
