First off, no matter the time of day you MUST order the omelet, at minimum to share for the table. The preparation of the omelet puts all other omelets to shame. Also, good was the Escargot and the Steak Frites with Peppercorn sauce. Lastly, but still really tasty, was the Steak Tartare. It fell a little short for me because it is a bit over sauced which covered up the meat too much.
Probably the best steak frites in town. The quality of the food here is among the best in LA, this should be on your hit list for sure. They don't take reservations and the place is minuscule so I recommend going as a date to avoid waiting forever. A must try though, for both food and drinks

I enjoyed a seared ahi tuna dish atop fresh greens; the dressing was tangy and everything paired together nicely. Yum. My dining companions complimented this place as a regular in their rotation and I can totally see why. Give it a try next time you're nearby!
