My order is cancelled today!!!! I made my order around 7 pm, and received a message for order cancellation at 7:47 pm, the restaurant opening hour is until 9 pm on grabhub! What is going on?! The email is shown "Reason: Your order was canceled because the restaurant is closed or has stopped accepting orders." If your kitchen doesn't accept new orders, you can send message ASAP or list REAL opening hours here to avoid having other victims later!!!!!!!

Okay so we all know COVID restrictions are in place but many places downtown and Little Italy are still open and serving with outdoor seating and Osetra allowed us to make an online for dining for a table of 2. It is my girlfriend's birthday so we made the reservation. The open table system they use even sent us a text to confirm. We did that and it replied with "see you soon". They also emailed us the day before and we responded to that as well. We got there and the place eas closed. No warning, no text, call, or email. Very disappointing and we had to scramble to find another restaurant for the birthday dinner. You would think a professional company like this would have provisions in place if they were to close due to COVID. It would be simple for them to communicate via text, call, or email. Please see attached pictures.
This restaurant took our reservation, confirmed it via text and email. Then was closed at time of our arrival for our reservation. No call, no text, no email to simply communicate. Not a good way to do business at all.
We reserved this restaurant for New Year's Eve 2 weeks prior, received the message from the restaurant a day before New Years to confirm that we are coming, we flew from Chicago that day and was very excited to have a nice dinner, so... we dressed up and went to the restaurant and we found it closed!!!!, I do understand that due to COVID some restaurants was closed, however many that has outside dining stayed open, nobody informed us that it's closed, we even received 100 points next day and a thank you from restaurant for dining with them, isn't that ridiculous???? So disappointed ?

Showed up on new years thinking this place was open all dressed up with my girlfriend since we made a reservation and it was closed without notice. Other restaurants wouldve at least sent an email or called to cancel.

This place is currently "open". Food and service is awesome. Had the oysters for happy hour, they were very fresh. Main course: Lobster Ravioli and Sausage Rotini. Food was fresh, portions were great. Jordan the bartender knocked It out of the park.

Came here just for a drink but covid you have to order food. I will be honest I can't and will not pay $50 for steak so I had a salad and a appetizer payed $30 not horrible but not good very elegant people and restaurant. I had to use the restroom I would think there bathroom is nice due to the fact that the prices here are outrages. I will just show the pics and you will see. McDonald's restroom is ok but I mean it's McDonald's nothing is over $10 yet this place wants to charge $50 for a piece of steak really

We were fortunate enough to be able to walk in. They were very kind friendly and were able to help us with the table. The waiter was excellent with his recommendations and the food was promptly out in time. I would recommend this location for fine dining.
This place is phenomenal! If I could give it SIX stars I would! The staff are incredible, especially the bartender, Sara. She was patient, attentive, a great conversationalist, and a fantastic host. The ambiance itself is very relaxing with low-fi music and low lighting: An excellent spot for a romantic date. The upstairs is catered to private parties which really gives it a VIP vibe. And the best part? The food, which is incredible! I had the fresh Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna and could not have been more impressed with my meal - yummm! Also, grab yourself a cocktail while you're at it: Sara whips up a mean Old Fashioned! Overall, absolutely no complaints. If you're in the neighborhood looking for fine dining, do yourself a favor and stop by Osetra: Delicious food, awesome Staff, and chill ambiance - a total win in my books :)

Ordered take out and I don't understand how they receive these ratings. Food was terrible. Crab linguini - no crab very little meat in mussels and clams. 8 oz filet Mignon chewy and gamey no taste - crab shrimp Mac and cheese had no crab and no cheese - wedge salad - hot. Spent $150 and the only decent item was the lobster mashed potatoes. Sad and not recommended. If you are from NYC or San Francisco, this place is way below standard. I emailed management and let's see if they care to reply.

We found this restaurant on open table during our visit to Downtown San Diego. What a fabulous place! Attentive service, beautiful decor, and delicious food! Will definitely come again!!

why are you taking reservations on opentable when you are closed. drove all the way from chino with a reservation i made a week ago. totally understandable that you're closed due to covid but please isolate open table !
