I ordered food to be delivered gave me a delivery time and said it was out for delivery never received contacted slice was told they closed after my delivery scheduled time now I have to wait and possibly get credit or something will never order from any company who uses slice again. Update i called restaurant this morning spoke to a man trying to figure everything out and NEVER have been treated so bad and disrespected in my life right down to hanging up on me because he didn't want to hear or even try to listen or explain or apologize or anything. Anyone reading this post run.

Recently you did a food order sale for Richard J Donovan prison. There is not one man who has not had a complaint about the food. Chicken was raw and lots of people didn't even get their chicken. you had a month to prepare the orders and should have been able to make sure there was enough. Men got wrong pizzas The cheesecake was super small and the philly cheese steaks were soggy bread with a little bit of meat. We all know our loved ones have made mistakes that landed them in prison but they are still humans who deserve to be treated so. We the families spent our hard earned money to give our guys a little bit of joy and you ruined that for them. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving food like you did.

RJ Donovan prison recently used this restaurant to provide food to our loved ones who are incarcerated for their quarterly food sale. Everyone was excited for pizza, wings, cheesecake, etc. Unfortunately, the food that came to the prison was undercooked, incorrect, or completely missing. Chicken wings were raw inside, which presents a huge health concern. This was a huge disappointment to our loved ones. Although they are incarcerated, they are still human and should recieve food just as any paying customer should. Speaking on behalf of the many families affected by this, we paid our hard earned money to provide a simple joy of food, to those we love, that don't get decent food but rarely ever. I'm not sure if this is simply many errors on behalf of the restaurant, or done intentionally because these men are incarcerated. This has left a horrible feeling with the families out here in the free world, that paid a considerable amount for food that shouldn't have been served to anyone. Customers shouldn't be treated like this. I hope this is a huge learning experience for this restaurant. I would advise the public to be extremely careful in patronizing this establishment. I hope that your business takes this seriously and does better in the future!

Honestly I give you a zero! You supplied food for a fundraiser at Donovan state prison! It was completely unexceptable, and extremely expensive. It makes me think because of it being a prison, you felt you could serve TRASH to our loved ones at a ridiculous expense! There was no meat on the Philly cheese sandwiches, wings were raw, the pizza was okay with very little cheese. Unexceptable! I take your lack of reguard to our love ones in quality of food you sold them as a personal insult!

From most of the reviews, I see that you are continously apologizing. When will you get it right! My brother ordered take out and the food was so disgusting it had to be thrown out with the trash! Chicken wings not cooked, pizza not cooked, Philly cheesesteak had no steak in it, just very little cheese in the bread! I pray that this company, Otay Pizza, Wade and who ever is in charge of it will be accountable for their disregard of food quality and high prices, and for their disrespect for who they serve! God sees everything and even knows every heart!

I am writing on behalf of my brother who is in prison. They just had a food drive and for some reason the person in charge of getting this together decided to go with Otay Pizza even though there are so many bad reviews! The chicken wings were raw, the pizza was not edible, the philly cheese steak sandwich was empty had no meat and crumbly cheese, he had to scrap everything out. The cheesecake was way too small! Everything was so bad and so expensive!! It's a shame that this company could care less how they treat their customers and the quality of their food. They need to refund all the $ that was taken for this terrible food. I hope all the families of these men leave a terrible review and make this company close down!

My brother is in prison, contrary to what some people think, they don't even get fed enough to feed a child. Look I totally understand they are there because they committed a crime, but they are paying for it. the food is so bad some prisoners don't eat what they're given. They look forward to food sales some restaurants do.Otay pizza recently had one there. It's not cheap for them. All food sales are more expensive for them. But when they get food that they paid even more for and its not even edible that's sad. They don't have the privilege to send it back. They are just disappointed that they spent their hard earned money on a place like Otay pizza. They only earn pennies on the dollar as it is. Lowest paid.05 highest paid 1.00 and to have wasted it on unedible Philly cheese steak sandwiches is unacceptable. All paying customers should be fed a good meal rather than inedible Philly cheese steak and completely raw chicken wings. Either feed your paying customers a well prepared tasty meal or do not take the job if you're going to serve crappy food. Whether you are a free person or in prison everyone should be provided good customer service and even better food. Otay Pizza offers neither of these. I highly recommend everyone stays away from this place.

This place is a trashy corner store that wishes it was a restaurant. Came in, wasn't greeted, and nobody took my order. I was ignored while the waiter chatted with some other patrons. I'm taking my money elsewhere and hope you do too.
