Found the TV special not honest but had the $14.99 with coconut shrimp and it was delicious BUT I was only served 7 shrimp and it’s supposed to be 8. The waitress then brought me just 1 extra one. Boo. I expected like at leadt 3 for the incorrect order.

Scott the waiter who was trying to get "5 stars for his store as competition" was good up until the check. He kept saying my card was declining so I tried a different one and the same thing. He stated there wasnt a tap feature and they only accept credit. I went up to the other waiters and they said they couldnt and pointed me to the nice bartender lady. I didnt get her name but she rocked, she tried the first card and it MAGICALLY worked first try. The card reader so happened to have a tap a swipe and a chip reader.
After I signed and thanked her I went to get my stuff so we can leave and they told Scott that it went through and he said "well it looked like a new card went through" and I said ok and was getting my stuff and he asked for the receipt, I handed him it and he said "the signed one" and I told him with the bartender and he quickly went over to her as I left. Probably feinding over the tip that I didnt add for that bs. The food was decent but scott killed the vibe and rushed my friend to finish her food.
Bro looked like Andy Daly, cant miss him. He was nice at first then became rude as if he was trying to embarass me in front of my friend
I believe he should be retrained on how to use a card reader other than that everyone else was very nice and the food was decent enough to eat.
I dont recommend this place unfortuately

Decided to take the family here for our vacation last week. The place was not busy at all, which begs the question, why did the food take so long? I don't understand how places like this can charge what they do for a meal. I had the Blossom fried chicken and 5 oz steak. The chicken looked like it was pounded into oblivion and the steak was not much bigger than a finger. Three people and still managed to pay over $100. The only plus was the military discount.
TOGO is terrible. The bell doesn't work properly. Management doesn't care about customers. Go somewhere else.

The service was good and the atmosphere also very good. The area near where the restrooms smelled of sewage. If you have s strong sense of smell sit outside. You could easily lose your appetite walking anywhere near the restrooms or that area of restaurant. The food (steak) was not good. I'm a fan of Outback but the cook was not good tonight.
