Delicious as always. We tried one of the new menu items - pepper chicken. Oh wow! Amazing! Will definitely order again. We love PF Chang's. My only complaint is that you make a reservation on Open Table but it's not an actual “reservation.” We still have to wait at least 30 minutes which is annoying. If you can't honor a reservation time then don't offer it in the first place. It won't stop us from returning though because the food is so dang good.

Excellent lunch at excellent price in comfortable large booth with excellent and friendly service! Thanks!

Food was on the cold side, we did go for lunch but the meat portion was on the small side for the price paid. The waitress was not good delivered salads after entrees with no apologies.

My husband and I enjoy the restaurant a lot. Food service is usually good. Prices seem to be inflated for what you get.

Finding parking was a bit of a hassle. The lot was full and we had to park almost into the next lot. Our reservations were for 430 on a weekend, so adjust accordingly.

We reserved a handicap accessible table but they didn't seem to know this. We had to stress 2x that we needed a table, not a booth.

We got our drinks promptly and they were very good.

We got the lettuce wraps as an appetizer and it was great to share and tasted fresh.

We got 2 main entrees and 2 sides of rice. The entrees were great. The rice was awful. Overcooked and tasted old.

We got the large peice of chocolate cake for dessert. It tasted great but was huge and we were unable to finish it. For $15 a slice, you definitely get your money's worth for it.

Our table was slightly sticky and covered in fingerprints and marks, and our soy sauce was empty. It took some time to get a waitresses attention to get a refill.

One of the largest Asian cuisine chains in the U.S. offers flavorful dishes, though they tend to be on the oilier side. One standout on the menu is the Mongolian beef, a savory-sweet dish featuring tender strips of beef caramelized in a rich sauce with green onions. It’s best enjoyed with your choice of fried rice, steamed rice, or chow mein for a satisfying meal.

I come to this restaurant all the time, but this was the first time they couldn't find my reservation on OpenTable. At first, the host suggested it might be a different location, which I believed until I checked my email confirmation. Even after showing it to the hostess, she still couldn't find my reservation. While mistakes happen, it was a bit embarrassing in front of my family, making it seem like I didn't know what I was talking about—even though I've been using OpenTable for a long time. That being said, the food quality has always been great. The Asian fusion concept sets it apart from other Chinese restaurants by incorporating flavors from different Asian cultures. I'd still recommend the food to my friends, but after this experience, I might consider visiting a different location next time.

Honey Shrimp tonight tasted like burned fryer oil not clean and crispy.

Great customer service and food is delicious. This kind of chain restaurants I would love to try in most locations. Their portions are big enough to make you full and ask for the to-go-box. The Trio Mongolian is a good choice of variety meat.
The food is oily though , so if you’re on diet, that would be your cheating day

Pleasant atmosphere and staff. Parking is a challenge, and traffic is a nightmare.
