We usually enjoy the food, but some of it was not hot. Our waiter was terrible. We had to ask him several times for items, he didn't clear the table, and when asked, still left dirty dishes. It was one of our worst experiences at PF Chang's. Service has always been very spotty.

I wanted to enjoy a late birthday celebration. I tried to find out which Spare Ribs were closest to Char Su (the kind found at most Chinese Restaurants) but our server didn't know which one to recommend so we just ordered the Pork egg rolls to start (which were good). We went on to order our entrees and the way the menu reads, it offers steamed brown or white rice or Fried Rice for an additional price. We celebrated my grandma's birthday dinner and she had a great time. It was 7 of us with 7 entrees that were absolutely delicious. Bree our front of the house expert was so awesome and helpful, came at the right times and her recommendations (Mongolian Trio , Korean fried chicken) were 10/10. My grandma left super happy and felt special with her happy birthday song and delicious dessert. 10/10. Recommend!!!
