My family and I have been coming to this wonderful restaurant for well over a decade now, and every time we come the food is just as delicious as ever. Everything we have tried on the menu has been great, and this has been our go-to for Thai food since we first ate here years ago. The owner and staff are so incredibly kind and friendly, and we are forever patrons of this lovely restaurant. :)

OMG the dinner special of the Pad Thai is exactly the portion that I wanted. Most places I go don't offer a smaller portion and I can never finish it. The Pad Thai that I had was very tasty (I got mine with tofu). The gentlemen working the evening that we got to go at Pailin were so nice!! I loved the decor of the restaurant and would definitely go back when I'm in town .

The food is extremely fresh and with pungent herbs, 5 out of 5.The service is very responsive and very respectful, 5 out of 5.The atmosphere is very unique and artistic with traditional Thai decor, a wide open walkway, and beautiful Thai music, 5 out of 5.Honestly haven't been to any other Thai restaurant and traditional and unique as this one. I'm only coming to this one from now on.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open walk ways with no steps anywhere.

Absolutely delicious Thai food for vegetarians, decently priced. Only feedback would be size of vegetable, especially zucchini, too big for the curries. Otherwise everything was good!

This is my go-to restaurant when I have friends visit. The yellow curry is my favorite that I have had in any San Diego Thai restaurant. Short waits, yummy food!

A taste of real Thai foods with a relaxed atmosphere. The owner is very kind and attentive. We came here for dinner on Saturday and impressed with the taste and variety of foods. Will come back again for sure.

So many decent thai places in the area this one was pretty disappointing. Noodles were bland and curry thin.

I came here on a weekday to meet up with past coworkers. It wasn't crowded and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant was neat, had nice decor and properly staffed. I had the Yellow Curry with Chicken and requested it to be mild. Their mild for me was a little spicy. If you can't handle a little spice, I suggest you request NO SPICE. Their baseline is different from other Thai places. Overall, their food was excellent and tasty. I would prefer more rice but it was sufficient.

Our 5 Tom ka gai soups came out looking like none I've ever seen before. We tried a few bites and it was room temperature. We mentioned it to our server. He collected them, took them in the back and 10 min later brought us back the EXACT same bowls with the EXACT same contents. He just handed them out randomly to us. We could tell that we didn't even get our own soup back.Additionally, we were there for over 20 min before we got water, we got our Thai after a long wait but sooner than our water. We waited another 20+ min after being done before he came to check on us or ask if we wanted the tab. Two of us got the pineapple curry lunch special (one beef, one chicken). Both dishes were literally 90% pineapple. There were exactly 4 quarter sizes pieces of meat in my entire dish.To be clear this was not an issue of them being overly busy. We were one of five tables occupied in the entire restaurant.

Not crowded at all when I came in for lunch. Everything was very clean and neat except for a few untended tables. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful and it’s a great place for a conversation over lunch. The green curry and pineapple curries were both excellent. Really large portions and very filling and flavorful. Not the best I’ve tasted but definitely close to it. Prices were really good too.Taking two stars off for the staff. Our waitress was not friendly and was very abrupt. Maybe she was just overworked or something as it looked like she was the only one in. But even when we’d thank her for bringing the food or refilling a drink she’d just stay silent and keep a sour face on. And it was slow. Three larger parties that came in after me (lunch for 2) had their orders taken and got their food well before my friend and I did.The owner seemed very nice but gave us the wrong check and we had to get that straightened out.All in all it could be an excellent place, but due to the shortcomings of the staff it’s merely okay to good.I’ve gotten takeout before several times and they’ve always been really good with that.

I have eaten in many Thai Rest., including a number in Thai Town Los Angeles. I will not go to any other Thai Rest. since I ate at Palin. The flavor of every dish is amazing, I do not know how they do it. Just the best Thai food I have ever had in this country. The fact is I have never had it outside of U S.

Came around 3 during weekday. Not crowded after all. The noodle dishes we tried were delicious. They even had angel wings here. However, they didn't grind the chicken meat as well as some places I've been to. Think this place is a family owned. They did have some kids running around ( think it was their lunch time). If you don't mind that, I would try this place out.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchair inside
