Good food. Service was good but at times they're so busy, walk in customers and drive through back up. They seem to have enough employees but food was going out faster than they could prepare

Food was fresh. They had what we wanted. A little expensive, guess the prices went up. Decent location.Wheelchair accessibility: Up front parking I think there were 3 or four spots.

I get a plate for my lunch time, I pay and I take 3 napkins I ask to Cynthia where is the forks? She said I put one for you in the bag! I said thanks! And now I’m very sad because I don’t have any utensils in the bag, how she pretended I’m eat my lunch?

Location is horrible in my opinion, the parking lot is a disaster as it's shared with several other business and there's only around 20 spots or so. I recommend parking on the street and saving yourself a headache. The food is what you expect from panda, alright for the price you pay. The wait can get long especially during lunch or dinner hours.

Okay, so I showed up 30mins before closing, which is classic in itself. But I was famished. They only had Rice, Noodles, Orange Chicken and a Scoop of the Angus beef. They would NOT let me have the Beef at the reg. $, So I had to get the Orange Chicken. When I got home, the Chicken was "OLD" tasting. When will I learn. PE is Terrible.

The best panda express location! They are quick and the food is always fresh and tasty.Of course the portions they give will always be tracked (shrimp count, etc.) But as far as the quality goes, the food is the best quality compared to other Panda locations in San Diego.

Two ladies. Manager and associate skimped me on chicken. I received four tiny slices of teriyaki chicken on a huge bed of rice. Upon confronting they decided to ignore the issue.

Went here today, 7/8/23 at 6:20 pm. This is a 4 star review because Lizette was a gem. Brilliant customer service. Unfortunately, my first experience was with her colleague. I felt unwelcome and ashamed to be at Panda; unsatisfactory. Thanks Lizette. You made me want to come back despite the first contact from your colleague.

This is the worst panda express in the city: service slow, they overcharged for extra items, no customer service at all, they don’t care about customers tbh
