The staff is extremely uncoordinated. I was given a number for my food and used the number to tell my order but they still didn’t which one was mine. I was given the wrong even after I specifically said what was my order. Manager should probably be fired by setting up the employees this way.

Great customer service and nicest team I’ve ever met! I accidentally dropped my food on the ground while getting water and the management team swooped in and handled it so well. Even offered me a new plate free of charge. It’s durning dinner rush hour and they are able to clean up the mess I made effortlessly and efficiently while offering me a new plate.
Great job and I’ll definitely come back for more just because of that!

I come here when ever I crave orange chicken and normally it’s good but this time was disappointing. They need better quality control checks on the online orders. I got orange chicken and beef and broccoli. When I opened it up to eat I found I had orange chicken and broccoli, with the smallest single slice of beef. It’s really disappointing when I want beef and broccoli and all I get is one super small slice of beef and a lot of broccoli.

They're great with customer service, they greet me everytime no matter how busy they're are, they always offer me free drinks when the wait time is longer than normal or when something is being held up.

Food was tasty. But I came in for an early dinner at 3::00 PM, no one else waiting to place their order, 3 people behind the counter doing minor busy work and no one would acknowledge me or take my order. When someone finally did, he was unfriendly. I dont believe he spoke English. The atmosphere while dining in was ruined by one of the workers taking his break inside the restaurant on his phone call with the speaker blaring so it could be heard even over the kitchen noise. Not impressed with customer service and employees' practices today at this location.

Had a 5 star but the girl refused to give me a couple nuggets of egg in the rice. I said I didn't even want any carbs because I'm on low carb diet so saving them product. This was the really short Asian server. The other ones are usually great so maybe they hired a bad one by accident.

I've loved Panda Express for a long time. I have a lot of food sensitivities and for whatever reason, never have a problem with Pandas food, until tonight. This was the first time the chow mein was old, dry and nasty, and the teriyaki chicken genuinely smelled bad.
I had a few bites and regretted it. My stomach is regretting it too. The employees were all gabbing to each other and straight up rude, starting to check me out and then talking over me to their friend. Curt, didn't scan my app. I get that I came later at night and it was slow, but they were open for another hour. The food shouldn't be bad if they're doing their jobs. I've been to other Pandas and they'll monitor and tell you x entree isn't being served anymore because it's been sitting too long. They'll throw it out and offer you the fresher dish. These people obviously didn't care at all and sold me some really nasty stuff. :(
The service and quality used to be great when they had the older crew working there. I don't know what happened, it's basically a bunch of teenagers now.
