When you order egg plant tofu two portions, this is what you get. A single piece of tofu and whole lot of eggplant. Have been ordering here for years and day by day the service just get worse

Panda's are very consistent with food and service. Sounds simple but hard to do. Kudos to their management.

We placed an order for pick up. When we asked for our food, we had to take it from the employee as she was just holding it and not handing it to us.

This location definitely needs improvement with consistency. The potions with the online orders are always inconsistent. The sides often being incorrect. Once had a bad experience with a employee when I told him I had a online order he told me I had to stand in line with everyone else in the super long line which in my head defeated the entire purpose of placing an online order.

This is the best panda ever. Jasmine, I think manager kicks ass.
Never have I come in where there isn’t food, which is typical at a lot of pandas and Chipotles. If there is a missing item, even before close her crew will make it for you.
I go out of my way to come to this location. The best.

Ordered a 1 item bowl. It was $10.50-plus tax. $9 plus $1.50 extra for Shrimp. So you get 3 little pieces of steak and three shrimp for your entree. My bowl was full of noodles that probably costs $.50 plus labor I guess. But for 3 small shrimp I guess I should make my own at home Full bag of shrimp is $10. Probably for the same quality. Noodles is about $3.00. Never again. So my labor and $13 I would gave a huge bowl of food. If you get teriyaki chicken you just get chicken they never want to give you the sauce.

We get take out there about twice a month. Then we get the family plan. It's a decent savings for a family of six.

Went in today around 5pm and it was really busy but the workers moved the line so quick! Jasmine was super efficient and accommodating to all the customers.

Also done with this location. It is one of the worst managed restaurants ever. I went to add something to our order and their website changed from delivery to pick up. I tried calling the restaurant to correct this and they hung up on me twice. I kept trying to call back half a dozen times and got hung up on, saying there was no one available. I've been a long-standing loyal customer and really do not appreciate their lack of customer service.

Done with this location. Worst managed Panda Express. It shouldn't take 25 min to order food at panda express. Left 2 bad surveys and they still haven't fixed their staffing. The online orders are taken by the same people taking in person orders. The cashier does the food and online orders too. Line is constantly to the door and orders get screwed up. You get to the end of the line and they try to give you someone else's order. Happened 4 times now. Done with this location
