Done with this location. Worst managed Panda Express. It shouldn't take 25 min to order food at panda express. Left 2 bad surveys and they still haven't fixed their staffing. The online orders are taken by the same people taking in person orders. The cashier does the food and online orders too. Line is constantly to the door and orders get screwed up. You get to the end of the line and they try to give you someone else's order. Happened 4 times now. Done with this location

We ordered food for delivery but unfortunately received an order that wasn’t ours. We called the store to explain the situation and the manager remade our order and delivered it to us personally. He even threw in two drinks for free for the inconvenience! Amazing customer service!!! 10/10

Ordered the honey walnut shrimp as one of my entrees and was given 4 small pieces of shrimp. Rest of the portions were normal but looked to be a half order of the shrimp for whatever reason. Love the food but maybe I’ll just go to another location next time

Food is usually good and fresh if you go around noon during the week. I gave 1 star for food because last week, I ordered Beijing beef to go. When I later took a bite, the vegetable sticker was still on a piece of red bell pepper. Grossed me out, threw it all away.

So I literally just left the restaurant I ordered a family meal online. I did not appreciate the manager yelling at the cashier who was packing my online order I was standing right there and she told her to take other people in line and to leave my order. I feel bad the lady got yelled at for just simply doing her job. I feel like I got her in trouble so I wanted to leave this review for the cashier she did nothing wrong.

$9 gets you half a pound of rice and 3 shrimp. When I asked for a little more protein, I got ONE more shrimp. Ridiculous. I have to imagine this is the way these kids are trained and I don't hold it against them, but honestly Costco on the other side of the parking lot has hella better food. I'm not surprised a lot of these places are shutting down.
