This location definitely needs improvement with consistency. The potions with the online orders are always inconsistent. The sides often being incorrect. Once had a bad experience with a employee when I told him I had a online order he told me I had to stand in line with everyone else in the super long line which in my head defeated the entire purpose of placing an online order.
This is the best panda ever. Jasmine, I think manager kicks ass.
Never have I come in where there isn’t food, which is typical at a lot of pandas and Chipotles. If there is a missing item, even before close her crew will make it for you.

We ordered food for delivery but unfortunately received an order that wasn’t ours. We called the store to explain the situation and the manager remade our order and delivered it to us personally. He even threw in two drinks for free for the inconvenience! Amazing customer service!!! 10/10
