Went to this location because it was convienent, the guy with glasses skimped on portions, usually when i order teriyaki chicken, they usually cut up two chicken thighs at different locations, and this place only did one for me. Also gave me small portion of white rice and veggies. Reviews were true, this place sucks. Left the establishment still hungry and unsatisfied. We no longer return. Mira mesa Panda express is much much better.

Wasn't a bad experience. I placed an online order at 8:03 and was told via email pick up at 8:26. Walked in at 8:26 and went to the counter because my order wasn't ready so I let an employee know I was there and confirmed they got my order and sat down and waited. This is the confusing part for me. I wasn't sure if I had to stay in line to order in person and watch them make it lol or sit down and wait so I sat. More families walked in and they all got served which is awesome. But it was 8:43 when I walked up to check on the order. I got it at almost 8:50. Please do better and put those online order as a priority over people who came in after me? Never coming back to this location. Keep in mind again I placed my online order at 8:03. Recieved 8:50.

There are two women working at this place, but the older one is the issue. She consistently serves very small portions. I ordered a plate with sesame honey and orange chicken, and there were only two small pieces of each, much less than what I’ve received at other locations or from other staff members. Every time she serves, the portions are noticeably smaller. I always order to go, and when I open the container, the food amount is disappointing. I won’t be returning, and if you do visit, be sure to check your food before they close the lid.

I always get half filled boxes in my online orders less than half the portions from other locations. I try to go to a different location if I have time but this one is convenient but very disappointing that the portions have been reduced so dramatically for the price.

Terrible service and management, delivered our order with no toppings( just noddles) and when we called they said we call you back in 5 min. Of course they never called back and they dont even answer our phone calls. Its a shame!! Who is running this business!!

Walked in at 7pm to leave at 8:10pm for a take out order. This place was horrible! Waited that long to get home to cold food because they would put food in containers as it was cooked! Hard to believe but yes it took that long to get our food and only have 5 people in front of me!

Some days this place is great, others are not. Today was a not great day. Not greeted or served until after conversation was finished. Very unenthusiastic staff. Asked for sweet and sour to go with my rangoons, none was given. Teriyaki chicken was plain, no teriyaki sauce. Rangoons were cold and soft, not crunchy. Horrible food and service
