Found hair in food.
I found a short curly hair with the hair root attached to it. I showed the hair in my food but the staff said that’s a piece of scrub pad and she offered a new plate.
I honestly don’t know how a scrub pad could possibly have a hair root attached to it. And even if that’s a piece of scrub pad, that is not acceptable. But staff was acting like it’s just scrub pad, nothing serious. There was no apology, and they didn’t ask me if I want to get a refund I couldn’t eat that food again so I asked them to refund and I eventually received a refund.

The whole situation was handled poorly and unprofessionally.
I’m sharing this with a photo so others are aware. I really hope the store improves its hygiene and customer service.

I like this location and come here a lot but I will say, I ordered food yesterday and I found 2 hairs in my food. A super long hair. I tried to keep going after that and then found a shorter hair, probably from different people honestly. Please make sure everyone is wearing some serious hair nets because I gagged twice eating the food and ultimately had to throw it away 😩😩

Great staff and good food. The portions were also great!

All the workers were nice, especially the manager. 10/10

The food? Excellent.
The service? While friendly and appropriate, I had an issue with my Bowl not being a full bowl. If you’re going to charge me $9.00, then give me a $9.00 bowl like any other location does. I’m so friggin’ upset that I said something and was still told, “That’s all you get.” Really? That’s your final answer? Are you sure? Where is the beef? Three pieces? WTH?

Find a different location. They are trained here to give you the smallest portions compared to other locations. On top of that they take their sweet time.

Some standard Chinese dishes with a few creative choices make this a decent place for lunch. But it is not gourmet.

Had an issue with my oder a month ago. Live too far to retun, so I called and spoke with an employee EFRAIN. Told me to save my receipt, and when I happen to be around this area, stop by for a replacement. Today I remembered I had a replacement meal. Why not get it honored. Somehow, whomever informed me to retun that my name would be in a book. Just show the receipt someone would help me. It wasn't, I looked like a fool asking for handouts 🤣. That's not true... But Ms.Angie help me out and noticed either me being frustrated or embarrassed. Didn't want the whole order to be replaced. Just the few items to make it even. Thanks Ms.Angie for providing great customer service and making things right.

The servers are great, food good, but need to somehow separate online and in-store orders. People in-store can be waiting for 15-20m while online orders are being filled.

The staff in this restaurant are trained to always give you the minimum amount of food, and the spoon they use to serve the food is always shaking, and when you can't eat a few bites, the food is gone... So you spend the price of a set meal, but you can only eat at most 1/2 of the food portion of the set meal

Food was amazing and time took to get the food was quick, while yes it can be long sometimes the food is very much worth it.
