We had amazing service from Efran. He was wonderful in helping us get a promotion and was very enthusiastic to help us. He has definitely made the del Mar highlands Panda Express experience much better and he deserves to be recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Their food became much, much better, equal to Panda Express in Mira Mesa. We usually order orange chicken, beef broccoli with rice and noodles. Everything is so quick, and the line is short. The food is not too sweet, too salty or sour as in the other locations (UTC Westfield food court Panda Express is terrible).
Veronica is super sweet, considerate, and welcoming. Great customer service and introduced me to a new drink I’ve never tried before. Watermelon Mango. Its great, try it!

It's kind of silly really how they place food into plates. You'd figure a double order would be placed in the plate and the different item in the separate container. Please don't do this again it makes no sense. I only come here because it's the only known location that makes eggplant

Honestly a really disappointing location. I visit often because I work nearby, and their food is inconsistent in taste and they are always out of stuff and super slow. Service isn't great either, lots of rude experiences. Do better.

My recent experience at Panda Express was quite disappointing. I ordered takeout, and the presentation left much to be desired. The container was messy and seemed carelessly prepared. The quality of the ingredients was subpar. The mushrooms and veggies appeared dark, almost black, which is a sign of poor freshness. The broccoli was overcooked and lacked that appealing crunch. What was most disappointing was the lack of beef in the Beef and Broccoli dish; it seemed to be missing entirely. To make matters worse, the overall flavor was excessively salty, making it unnecessary to add soy sauce. It's unfortunate that the food didn't meet my expectations, as I had hoped for a better dining experience at Panda Express.
Place looks old and services is alright but the food is cold sometimes and especially found a fly on the food be careful!!!

Nice interior. Good service. Five stars for tasty food that is fresh. But 1 star for value on premium shrimp dishes - seriously poor value. Over $10 total for a bowl with chili crisp shrimp where I received seven shrimp that were mostly breading. Awful. Good thing I had a promo for this because I would've been very upset paying full price. Tip: don't order any shrimp dishes.

Fast food that doesn't compromise on taste or freshness. Panda Express's Broccoli Beef keeps me coming back for more.

Shrinkflation? They are giving less and less food especially when you order online, like today I got the plate with fried rice filled only 2/3.

I do not recommend at all. If there's employee error you have to pay for it. After 30 years of eating here, the manager today convinced me to never return. Per manager,I pay for employee errors. I ordered, scanned 25% coupon that I earned with new reward program and paid. After I paid I was informed they missed some of my order and I would not be able to use coupon. The manager cut me off, said I won't get my food and walked away. I was not rude but confused that I had to pay when I couldn't have prevented the error. The manager was so rude I refuse to return to Panda knowing this is how a longtime loyal customer who never was rude to employees have been treated so rudely by them. I would leave 0 stars but I can't post a review without entering one.
