I really do appreciate good customer service, but the young woman behind the counter went above and beyond. She not only suggested I add their app to my iPhone to get a 20% discount, but patiently helped me do it when I was fumbling with the process. She saw as sweet as can be, and unfortunately I did not catch her name. I return to that’s spot at least once a month for a lunch break while at work in the La Jolla area. With excellent customer service and food, why wouldn’t I?

Not only did they get rid of the vegetarian orange chicken, they also got rid of the eggplant tofu which was universally liked and replaced it with super greens which were already there. No one likes super greens. The eggplant tofu was soooo good. I’m sad and disappointed. Be better, my stomach needs eggplant tofu. Edit : they fixed it!!!! My needs are quenched. I never lost hope through these tough times.

This is the best Panda Express of all! They serve very good food! It is so fresh and juicy! The Chef and the whole Team in the back make some very delicious food! Excellent job! The orange chicken is so delicious! This Panda Express location provides Awesome customer service! The Team in the front are very friendly and helpful! The General Manager and the whole Team of this Panda Express location are AMAZING! And super Kind! I will be coming back! Thank you!

Pretty standard but it's pretty awful how the servers just pile the food into the boxes and don't close them properly. All the aauce falls out and it's just not very appetizing. Sure, students don't have much choice for food but please improve on the presentation.
