Good service I did have to wait for them to make extra meat.but they gave me a drink for the extra time for waiting so that was very kind. Portions are good with the price point. Very clean good service overall besides the wait.

With the removal of the penny they have apparently taken to shorting people on change, it's only a few cents per person paying with cash but that adds up rather quickly. Either they don't care to fix the math to avoid this or they are just using it as an excuse to push the numbers up. You would think they would want to fix this since the registers won't record the correct amount they are supposed to have inside making it a lot easier for an employee to skim off the top.

I placed a mobile order through the panda express website for in-store pick up. Upon opening the food at home, I realized how poorly prepared the food was as well as it not being fresh. I Immediately called the restaurant to inform them that I wanted to bring the food back and get a new plate. Nobody answered the phone for hours. It wasn’t until I called near their closing time at about 1130 when I called in and was playing telephone between a team member and the manager Manny. He did not want to come on the phone and kept telling the team member what information to tell me. I finally told her to put the manager on the phone and he told me that I would need to come in in order to get a refund. I told him that I had called several times during the evening, but no one answered the phone at this point it was 1130 at night and I have the order number and all of the necessary information to give him in order to locate the ticket so he can process a refund. He kept making up fake policies and excuses on the spot and telling me that I would have to come in for a refund because he would “have to verify information”. I told him that I could give him all of the information that was needed, and it wasn’t until several minutes of going back-and-forth that he told me I would need to bring in a form of identification for him to verify my name on the order and my ID. I’m not sure who he thinks made him the ambassador for panda express where he can make up policies on the fly, but I will definitely be calling corporate and having this resolved ASAP. What a ridiculous excuse of a manager he is.

Overall the food is fantastic. I came here with no other customers just yet, however, I sensed I don't seemed feel welcome. The demeanor of miss Dulce, the server seems she just want me to get on and finish my order not even greet me with smile or good morning nor thank you whatsoever. As if irritated on my presence. I think I will do outstanding job than she does.

Awefull staff at Sunday night Oct 5th 2025. Long wait and careless workers. Also the Uber Eats drivers are filling the sodas for the custmers which is against their policy.

I understand the frustration when I asked for food made fresh but to skimp my meal that I paid nearly $20 dollars and donated for is beyond me I watched this woman pile meat on to everyones plate but when I received mine I go to my vehicle something told me to look at my plate and I can literally count on one hand how many pieces of chicken and steak. A literal mound of rice and veggies barely any entree I came back in and asked for more she wanted to rush to have manager pulled in when the issue could've been solved with adding more meat I was even willing to pay she wanted to charge me for an extra batch, obsurd.

Food: The dishes are well-prepared. The new item, Dynamite Sweet & Sour, is quite spicy and tasty.

Service: Extremely friendly. When the menu item I wanted was sold out, they kindly asked me to wait a moment and prepared a fresh new option for me.

Don’t want to be mean but the food is TERRIBLE . I don’t know if it’s the cooks especially in the evenings are not giving effort on preparing the food, I mean it’s not like they’re cooking it all from scratch, they just need to prepare and cook properly. So much stale orange chicken any glazed chicken or beef is almost stale to say the least. And the chow main undercooked! I’ve been to other pandas nearby and no complaints and the food is freshly cooked! Please check in your cooks in the evenings, maybe need to retrain a few of em
