Wouldn't accept a $100 bill which was our only form of payment. We had to run to a liquor store across the street. When we came back they skimped on our portions. The food was good though.

I just wish this place could have customer service like Chick-fil-A. Skimpy portions and when politely asked to give an adequate amount, the reaction by the MANAGER was of disgust. Simply put, if you are going to serve food, serve enough and do not react as if I'm crazy for food I paid for.

Firstly I just want to make it clear that this Panda Express is fine. I'm leaving this review specifically for a manager that treated her employee in a gross unprofessional way, that really bothered and upset me. I live nearby and frequently come in when I want a quick bite. I've seen the cashier, I believe here name is Fiamma, multiple times and she's always been super pleasant and friendly. Tonight I was waiting in line for what couldn't have been more than two minutes when the manager chastised, patronized, and tried to embarrass the cashier for having grabbed more bags when she ran out. She yelled at her in a belittling way that seemed to both frustrate and break her spirits. It made me really uncomfortable, because not only was there only two of us in line, and I didn't feel like it was taking any longer than normal, but it was really empty inside so all everyone could hear was a incredibly rude manager berate an undeserving employee who I have had great experiences with in the past. The manager here needs to be replaced or at the very least have corporate talk to her about you should treat employees.

Busy Panda Express store in Pacific Beach. Today, we had fried rice, chow mein, beef broccoli and a chicken string bean dish. Delicious. Not salty. Good service.

This Panda is usually pretty consistent and delicious! Sometimes the staff are a little iffy, but overall it's always a decent experience. However, Ruben is always super welcoming and a great employee. We always enjoy seeing him around.

Servers on 12/28 were wicked rude. The cashier pushy trying to get me to pay without asking if I wanted a drink. Overall horrible experience. Wanted to dine in she put my food in a bag and gave me attitude like I was homeless. Never come here again. That girl famia is rude not only never gave me a fortune cookie. I'm sitting here eating my order in the dining room this girl famia or w.e her name is has a plate of food for her break. Walks up to a customer leaning on the railing on the wheel chair ramp. Barks at her excuse me like this entitled famia was gonna walk through the railing. Then with her food above this customers head proceeds to walk around her with no apology this girl is a liability and wicked rude. Needs a wake up call from management
I ordered a 2 item plate and a small order of cream cheese rangoons but order was not ready at pick up time (3:40pm). I waited 10 minutes and was told by staff that it would take another 5 minutes. I had to leave without the order so I would not be late for work.
