Terrible business 2nd time I went into a panda express and I ask for a specific number of something!!!! They give me less then I ordered on purpose and they even admitted that!!!!!!

Very bad service, especially the guy who was serving doesn't know how to serve a customer. The food is very tough, overcooked, not fresh. The portions in this restaurant are very small. Usually in these restaurants the portions are very large. I do not recommend visiting this establishment. I am very disappointed.

We placed two large orders from Panda Express at Mission Valley Mall, and the food was fresh, delicious, and a big hit with our team! When our second order was unexpectedly “cancelled” by the delivery company, I contacted the restaurant directly, and they were amazing. Sandra went above and beyond to make sure our order could still be processed and even gave us the chance to make updates—on what was clearly a very busy night for them. Outstanding customer service and great food. Our new favorite team meal spot!

It’s my first time experiencing this kind of restaurant, their customer service is excellent and it feels like home. I’ve been here several times already, but this is the first time I experienced such exceptional care from their new hire, Angela.

I don’t understand people. You apply for jobs, get a job, show up for work — and the way you present yourself makes it seem like you don’t want to be there. Believe it or not, this is a job where you interact with customers. Your body language and the way you handled yourself made me feel like you were thinking, “Oh man, I have to deal with this customer.” You can tell when someone doesn’t want to be approached. Your vibe was not pleasant at all.
You made me feel uncomfortable — I felt guilty talking to you to place an order so you could do your job. My hard-earned money is going to Panda Express, which in turn is helping pay your paycheck, so the least you can do if you don’t want to be there is at least fake it. Smile. Have a positive attitude. Don’t make customers feel unwelcome because the vibes you give off are like you don’t want to be there.
I am the customer who was wearing a black hat, red shirt, and glasses. I’m talking about the girl who served me between 11:00 and 11:10 AM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Whoever she is needs retraining on customer service.
Also: I was one of only two customers there. Several items were unavailable and the food was not hot. I will definitely not return to this location.

I experienced a cook not wearing gloves, he then went to use the restroom but as he went back to the line did not wash his hands. After all he was touching frozen egg rolls and cooking without gloves or washing his hands. The quality of my food was not good.

A friend of mine got food here. Currently puking from what seem to be old chicken. Not coming here again. They pay these people pretty descent for fast food. What's the deal? Your lucky we dont contact an attorney and sue the owner of this franchise.

The food was pretty dry. But the kicker was that I had finish assembling my plate but I was waiting on my friends plate to finish so we can pay together so I asked for the code to the restroom and the lady said I had to be a customer first. Why would pick out the items just to use the restroom walk out with out the food . Smh

Came here o kill time before my next appointment and they had just opened up, Jay L. was very nice and was the only front end worker. Hard worker from what I can observe. Thanks for your great awesome service Jay, and again, don’t work soo hard.

Haven't eaten here in years until today, food was absolutely disgusting. Beijing beef looked old tasted old few bites with the nasty kung pao chicken all in the trash can. Thank you guys for serving up such a horrible meal

Out of Fountain drink raspberry tea.
Orange chicken tastes under cooked still has pink in it. I wanted to request well don- also duck sauce is too sugary.
