Another location that doesn't seem to understand that the whole point of placing an order online is to avoid waiting. I received a text message confirmation that my order was ready, the cashier told me that barely got the order in the screen, 7 people pass in front of me at the walk-in line and only then they started making. Ridiculous.

Ordered my food from GrubHub for pick up. My food was ready and the employee asked to see my confirmation from GrubHub so I show her my phone. Not sure what the process is for them to update the status for pick up but they clearly didn’t update it because my food was ready to go behind the counter. She continues to tell me I need a confirmation and I ask her to show me where it’s at because I didn’t see it other than what I saw in the app. I showed her the receipt on the phone, the text I received after ordering and I arrived way passed the time it was expected to be ready. I’m getting annoyed because the paper receipt on the bag matched the one on my phone. It got to the point to where I pulled out my drivers license. I get you have to verify you’re giving the food to the right people but not to where I had to pull out my drivers license. Do better Panda at training your employees.

Worse Panda Express I ever been to ! Got a teriyaki chicken bowel with green and my chicken wasn’t even chopped up enough and there wasn’t knifes to even cuts super greens were tough and they gave me mostly broccoli.

Popcorn orange chicken. They should call it, they gave me two servings of nothing but tiny pieces with no chicken, I got sick after eating here because it was all sauce and breading, and oil, no chicken… where did the chicken go?????

I purchased an item as I felt the importance to use the restroom and felt bad just using it without buying something. No one could hand me a single roll of toilet paper, and there weren’t many customers. I don’t think it’s that difficult to have someone else on the team hand a customer toilet paper. I waited for around 10 mins and had to just leave at that point. My bladder will be affected by this.

After seeing the reviews I still thought I give them a try because I was in the mood for Panda Express and everyone deserves a second chance… I notice the food wasn’t fresh nor hot being open only a hour. They greeted me with a low voice. This place had no other sides but orange chicken and kung pao this Panda Express is in a bad and sketchy area and sucks it needs to be under new management and everyone needs to be retrained!!!
