This location manager need to train your employees to do the doordash order . I have order from many panda express . This location is the worst. All the other panda use the seal tap make sure no one can open the bag otherwise will be noticed. This store just put the sticker on the bag . Tell me what is the points to have it? . When you order food for yourself . How you want the seal placed ? . And no soy sauce at all . This is the worst experience I have from panda express . . This is even after I called the store confirm the seal before put in order . Manager do your job ! I am reporting this to corporate.

I honestly drive all the way out here because of the service the team provides! From the kitchen Zeus Juanito to Chef Anthony! Can't forget the awesomeness FOH crew Phi and Zuleyca they make my experience even more pleasant always friendly quick and efficient truly believe its the red shirts who bring out the best in this location when it comes to taking care of business.

They were sold out of the signature special Spicy Orange Chicken, which was advertised on several giant posters, had to settle for the regular Orange chicken. Had to wait about 5 min. for the cook to make more Walnut Shrimp. The Iced Tea dispensers were completely out of service (and had been on my last visit as well) and the strawberry flavored Ice tea from the fountain dispenser was nothing but weak brown water. This place used to be decent but now it just seems like nobody cares, They are very pushy to get you served and checked out as fast as possible even when there is no long line.

“I’m a regular at Panda Express and usually enjoy it, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered the Beijing Beef and saw there was only a small amount left in the pan. I specifically asked if a fresh batch was coming, and was told yes, about 5 minutes. I waited, but when my order was ready it looked like the old leftovers had been mixed with the new batch. The beef was tough and not fresh (see photo). If I wait for a new batch, I expect to be served only that. I like Panda Express, but service like this makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have the same experience.”

We placed a catering order and had the pleasure of working with Edith. My kids were home hungry, and she was so kind and accommodating on the phone. She even took the extra step to call us back, which meant a lot. Her customer service and follow-up were phenomenal. We’re looking forward to receiving our order, but even before that, the way Edith helped us has already left a great impression.
