0 stars, FOOD POISONING from the honey walnut shrimp. I’ll never eat Panda Express ever again. I’ve throw up for 6 hours, cannot unclench my hands from severe dehydration. Literally disgusting & scary place to eat.

I came to grab a quick bite for me and my fiancé. When I got to the counter they had ran out of everything. I asked how long they said 15 min. I ended up getting spicy shrimp and rice. He got beef broccoli. They had to orange chicken not teriyaki no black pepper chicken no wontons no nothing. I’ve never seen this happen at a panda location. They still had 4 hours before closing. It didn’t make sense to not have food out.

I do not recommend this panda express location at all!! The customer service is horrible at this place to the max. I never knew they charge extra for shrimp but I was okay with it because It tastes pretty good and 1.25 isn't bad in my opinion BUT after I knew they charged me extra I've been watching how much they put and when I tell you they only put 4 FOUR pieces and then have the nerve to roll their eyes at me after I ask them to put more, if I'm paying extra I want it to actually be a reasonable amount. I don't know if they have new workers in the back but the noodles has lost a lot of flavour, it's almost like eating pain noodles. I only go here when I'm with friends at the mall because my friends prefer this over the other food options they have but every time I've gone it's the two same ladies(not sure of their names) but the younger one is extremely stingy with the noodles and everything else, I always have to tell them to put more because I pay for the box and they don't put at least a decent amount in there, the older lady got upset that I asked for two fortune cookies and she told me to wait, after she finished ringing up the person behind me she went and helped someone in line order their food while I stood there waiting, I didn't want to go to her and say anything so I just waited and when she came to ring up people she acted as if I was not just standing there so I decided to ask her "Are you going to give me the cookies now? Or should I wait longer?" Again I didn't want to say anything but me and my friends always open the cookies together after we're done eating so I did want to get it. Basically don't go here.I'm going to give a one star for the orange chicken.

My order was placed through the app.This location is usually always busy since it's located at a mall, so it's best IF you can afford it; to have the food delivered....UPDATE : PLEASE make sure to sign up for their rewards program. You earn 10 points for EVERY DOLLAR spent!The ONLY reason I order from this location is since it's the closest location/convenient when I work in this area.Also, I wish I would get more friendly customer service as I walk into this Panda Express...

I was having a great day UNTIL, I decided to get panda. I was with my friend and I went first, the cashier thought I was paying for both, which is fine if she didn’t also charge my friend right after she charged me. I tried to get a refund for the extra plate I paid for, but the manager herself told me that her manager doesn’t allow refunds. So she decided to give me a gift card even though I repeatedly said u want my money back. I am not even sure that the gift card will work because she didn’t even give a receipt. 0/10 experience??????????????

Served & Charged me incorrectly & when I drove clear back he begrudgingly exchanged food but wouldn't refund the big difference in cost. Never again going to this location..crowded & horrible parking situation!!Parking: HORRIBLE parking situation, its a nightmare anytime of the day!!

I order the 2 entree plate, and specifically asked if it was the price advertised , and when I payed, I was charged a higher amount, the attendant said it was because it had a premium item, which the first girl didn't specify. The portions are the smallest of any Panda Express, a lot of rice but very very small entrees. Half way cold.In general a terrible meal for a fast food of nearly 13 dls. Should have stucked to my original plan of eating at Ikea, for a fast meal can't go wrong!

I understand if the employees are busy, but don't put that an order is ready when you're barely about to cook a new batch of ragoons. I only get a 30 minute lunch and now I've wasted 15 mins on three cheese ragoons? It's inconsiderate. Wait till they're actually done and have the order ready, THEN click that the order is ready. That's what pick up is for after all. To not wait in line, and I watch everyone in line get assisted and still have to wait double the time.
