I love that this location is 4 minutes from Hotel Circle. I advise picking up an order two hours before their 11PM closing. I went their 15 min. before they closed. The food was old, hard and unedible. I returned it the next and got my money back. The night before the meal was so GOOD I went back the next night, but arrived too late when the food was no longer freshly made. I highly recommend the location.

As long as I been going to this panda I can say there is COUPLE people that work very hard in the back of the kitchen and they don't get recognition. I remember their names being JD, Dmack and Ashley they were so kind and patience with me. They helped with recommending different entries. The workers in the front are very rude and unprofessional. I believe that they hire anybody without knowing if they are the right people with the right attitude. Their food quality is very poor. their chow mien and beef and broccoli is dry and the fried rice never taste good.

I did an order pick up, the problem here was I ordered 4 plates and we had so much cabbage and huge ones . First time here we stayed near by vacation trip . To many homeless!

Worst place ever! I ordered online and waited 2 hours only to receive a message that the order was cancelled. I have been calling the restaurant and no one is picking up. Shame on you

It is impressive how bad the online ordering system is handled by this panda express specifically. I placed an order that was quoted to be ready in 20 minutes at 7:00. I show up at 7:05 and it’s still not done which isn’t a big deal. The part that is annoying is that based off the position of the people in line if I would have just gotten in line right when I got to the store and ordered, I would’ve gotten my food before I ended up getting my pick up order. It doesn’t make sense how I place my order 25 minutes ago and it’s still not started and that if I would’ve just gotten in line, it would’ve been quicker. It doesn’t help that all the employees kinda look at you, but don’t come up and ask anything about your name or any other things. They just continue to help the taking customers in line even though you’re supposed to go to the special line for a takeout orders. The food quality is fine but the service is horrible with online orders.

The food was great( small portion were given) tables were dirty and trashcans were overflowing with trash. and one of the servers (young women) gave us bad attitude after not hearing us it was 4 people paying on same check.
Rather than that food was great and we were given freshly made food

On the night of April 10 closing shift they all need to be fired for one of the worst experiences I've had with service to a client and rude cashier has no manners or the girls helping with food I couldn't get names but I wish I did they should be aware of people that they hire with no people skills poor lady she had a baby and there were kids around she was more polite then the employees after been disrespected is amazing how u atill in business no wonder u have 3 stars

Someone please train this staff! Literally the slowest line I've stood in for years! Looks like so many on-line/phone-in orders that no time for the line. And the tables are filthy, because no one has time to clean them.

It took 15 minutes to get my food. Even after waiting, my shrimp, which is an up charge, was dry and nasty. smfh do better!!!!!!

I received exceptional service from the cashier/manager? Peter who gave an extra bowl and cutlery for my toddler, and was very kind to offer to clean up even after my little one threw a tantrum and flipped his food on the table

Stoped at the Panda Express on are way back from the beach the staff were very nice and moved the line fast the restaurant was very quiet and clean the food was as I expected for a panda
