I’ve Been Coming To This Panda For Years! Today I Walked In and Was Served By A Gentleman Named ANDREW! Just Wanna Note How Well and Composed He Looked and Seemed To Maintain That Energy Throughout The Kitchen! Very Clean! Seen Him Cleaning Around The Dishes Almost OCD’ish (Which Is A GREAT Thing For An Employee To Demonstrate!) Somebody Tell Him WE NOTICE The Change!!! 🫡

I went tonight at 10:14 pm. The person who attended was called Brenda, super unfriendly and rude. She never made eye contact with me and she was the same when I asked her something. The service was terrible. 0 stars for her.😤😤😤😤

The gal that fixed our plate was so rude and unprofessional. Then when we went to pay the boy that checked us out was so rude and acted like we were dumb. He rolled his eyes at us cause we didn't hear what he said. You want to stay in business you better get RID of some employees.

I love that this location is 4 minutes from Hotel Circle. I advise picking up an order two hours before their 11PM closing. I went their 15 min. before they closed. The food was old, hard and unedible. I returned it the next and got my money back. The night before the meal was so GOOD I went back the next night, but arrived too late when the food was no longer freshly made. I highly recommend the location.

As long as I been going to this panda I can say there is COUPLE people that work very hard in the back of the kitchen and they don't get recognition. I remember their names being JD, Dmack and Ashley they were so kind and patience with me. They helped with recommending different entries. The workers in the front are very rude and unprofessional. I believe that they hire anybody without knowing if they are the right people with the right attitude. Their food quality is very poor. their chow mien and beef and broccoli is dry and the fried rice never taste good.

I did an order pick up, the problem here was I ordered 4 plates and we had so much cabbage and huge ones . First time here we stayed near by vacation trip . To many homeless!

Worst place ever! I ordered online and waited 2 hours only to receive a message that the order was cancelled. I have been calling the restaurant and no one is picking up. Shame on you

It is impressive how bad the online ordering system is handled by this panda express specifically. I placed an order that was quoted to be ready in 20 minutes at 7:00. I show up at 7:05 and it’s still not done which isn’t a big deal. The part that is annoying is that based off the position of the people in line if I would have just gotten in line right when I got to the store and ordered, I would’ve gotten my food before I ended up getting my pick up order. It doesn’t make sense how I place my order 25 minutes ago and it’s still not started and that if I would’ve just gotten in line, it would’ve been quicker. It doesn’t help that all the employees kinda look at you, but don’t come up and ask anything about your name or any other things. They just continue to help the taking customers in line even though you’re supposed to go to the special line for a takeout orders. The food quality is fine but the service is horrible with online orders.
