Today I went through the drive thru bought a four cheese soufflé and received it unboxed with other wrapped food items in the bag when I went back the cashier stated they come in a bag and proceeds to give me another soufflé uncovered tossed in a paper bag and funny thing is I went yesterday and I received the same soufflé in a small box I guess food handling isn't there speciality here

Uck, amazed they're in business. The food was terrible, full of high schoolers, crowded and no seats cause of all the kids.

Evelyn was incredibly professional and attentive—she made my tuna sandwich perfectly! This is hands-down my favorite location. The entire staff is amazing, and it’s clear management is doing an excellent job training them. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!

Great manager at this location. He takes pride in the appearance and service at his establishment. My bagel took a little longer to come out. Without asking anything, he offered a small complimentary item to apologize for the wait. Not necessary but greatly appreciated!

Tuesday, Aug 26th: I went to Panera Bread at 8:39 PM and found the lights off in the drive way. I pulled up and asked what time they closed as there was a lady in the window. The employee told me, “Whenever the drive-thru screen is off.”

I mentioned that their posted hours online say 9 PM and asked if they were closing earlier now. She hesitated and replied, “Technically yes, but we just close whenever we want to—usually around 8:15-8:30. Our kitchen is currently closed,” and then shut the window.

This is extremely frustrating. If the store isn’t open until 9 PM, the hours online should reflect that. I wasn’t looking for a full menu—just wanted to grab a few pastries for a work meeting. Instead, my time was wasted, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This place continues to disappoint. Aside from the menu changes the portions now are less. Kitchen staff is rude and unfriendly. And Ana with her robotic and dry demeanor makes customers thankful for self ordering at the kiosk. Panera is supposed to be better than a fast food establishment but you get the same experience

Horrible horrible horrible.. Ordering from this location continues to be absolute garbage. I've been to other Panera Bread locations and I at least get what I pay for. Ordered and paid for a half sandwich with extra protein (chicken) and also a half salad with extra chicken. What I got was half of a half portion of a sandwich and barely a trace of chicken. Also the extra protein for salad was not included which I also paid for. These orders were through the app so I took my food and brought to the manager at the store. While at the store I showed the manager my receipt to verify the food I paid for. There was an immediate disagreement what half a sandwich size is. I showed her what was delivered which she said was correct. I showed her advertisement pictures from Panera site showing that the sandwich given was half of a half which she stated was correct. After clearly pointing out the difference there was an impasse so I left. This location has gone completely downhill and I suggest never ordering from the site or drive thru because every single time I'm always going back to get the items I've paid for that are missing from the bag.

If you’re in the US and looking for a healthy place to eat with clean and light options like soup and salad, this Panera Bread location really stands out. I had the chicken noodle soup and it easily makes my top three soups of all time. The flavor was rich, the portion was just right, and everything felt fresh. The environment was quiet, peaceful, and spotless. Staff were kind and the place was well-organized. Nothing felt rushed or messy. I felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely worth visiting

I've only had Panera bread a few times years ago in Chula Vista but never at this location. My kids and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is large and spacious inside. It was very relaxing and everyone around seemed to be enjoying their meals. The food was ready very quickly but was very fresh. Only downside is the food is VERY expensive. It was $40 for only my kids to both eat and I had whatever was leftover. But if you like a fresh healthy meal in an unexpectedly relaxed environment, and price doesn't bother you, I highly recommend this location for a great lunch.
