I had order a turkey breast sandwich and an onion soup, I started with the sandwich and then my friend advised me to stop chewing cause there’s was a hair inside my sandwich and in my mouth, horrible taste, but the bitter taste was when I told them at the service area and seems that they’d got offended and not I just didn’t was offered an apology or something like sorry about that. They were just rude

It's sad to see the lack of care and respect for the customers at the restaurant. I had to clean the table my self, tables all dirty, carpet with food on the floor, and to top it the restroom was just WOW.
The food is great but the experience at the restaurant has alot to said.
I Hope management works harder in training the staff.
