Missing items, poorly made sandwiches, management reprimanding employees in front of customers. Not a good experience at all.

I’m a local and I genuinely enjoy Panera food but this Panera in particular really has to improve with their drive through services. Everytime I go through the drive through, I am missing something, given a wrong item or my sandwich isnt toasted as I requested. Please work on your drive through services and providing the correct food.

Ordered one of the new baguette sandwiches thru the app. I hoped it would look a bit like the picture. It did not. Couldn't tell there was any chicken or peppers in it. The mozzarella was good but the arugula was totally wilted. Definitely not worth $16!

My office always orders from here and the sandwiches seem to be getting worse every week. Very disappointing. It's as if the employees just forget how to make the sandwich.

The food is very good.I ordered from the Kiosk and got a large iced tea. I went up to the front counter, one of the ladies looked at me but continued to speak with another employee. I waited patiently and finally she paid me attention. I explained that I ordered a large tea on the kiosk and just needed the cup. She asked from my phone number. I told I ordered as a "guest" so she said what's your email. I once again told I provided no information like that, I ordered as a guest. She then told me that in the future I should provide a "code" so I can get my drink. I asked where do I get that. She said from the Kiosk. It would send it to your email or phone. To which I said and if I don't provide that as a GUEST? She just stared at me.Yep these are the people California is mandating we pay $20/hr. Guess I better start learning to cook. Sep 2, 2023 7:20am. I ordered chicken chipotle avocado sandwich and it doesn’t have any sauce and avocado. Whoever made my sandwich, you should get fired.

The person taking my order felt that it would be funny to leave a insulting comment inplace of my name. Where the person serving did not realize and kept announcing it to the dining area. I obviously did not respond. So my food was extremely cold when the server realize the pathetic attempt at humor that the other employee tried.

I was very disappointed with tuna sandwich and broccoli soup. And half a salad, my daughter' ordered the same The sandwich was serve sloppy, soup was extremely watery. I've been there before and this time the food was unacceptable. I was sorry I went. This Panera is close to my home. In Ocean View Hills. But I will now go to the one on H st.
