Panera Bread

Ordered blank bean soup. Tasted and looked exactly like black beans from a can very very watered down. Hardly any beans. Horrible. Glad someone else paid.

So wierd, spent close to 10 minutes just standing there at the counter. It's like the panera bread was abandoned. Other workers milling around didn't even acknowledge us. I felt like they were trying to get my family and I to leave.

Stopped by for a sandwich and after the girl describing it to me I assumed it was on a roll but it came on red bread. It took over 15 mins to finally get the sandwich which wasn’t to too good. While I was eating I observed a very dirty homeless woman come in and dig through the garbage and take out a dirty used cup from the trash.
She went to the ice machine and got ice with it and then went to the other side and poured in a bunch of sugar packets and honey with some coffee. I got up and asked to speak to a manager and 2 women came from the back, I told them what was going on and they looked at me like I was crazy and asked the woman if she needed any help.

Never did I see them wipe down the soda machine or spray it with sanitizer. All they did was clean up the empty packets and wipe the coffee/tea area down.
The front counter register area was left unattended and I couldn’t find anyone right away.

It really is a shame, but Panera is simply not as worthwhile as it used to be. The food tastes the same for the most part, but the prices have doubled in the short span of a few years. The kiosk ordering system is convenient, but service is super slow even when there aren’t that many orders.

This is a nice Panera despite it being in the Mall where you would think the quality would be declined due to the volume of people coming through. However. The staff were friendly and were clearing and cleaning the tables as well as a 4 star restaurant. I am a Sip Club member, so I am trying out as many Panera's as I can. This one is on my favorites list.

This place is my new favorite place! Tasty bread and coffee. Very busy with an organized traffic flow.. They run a very efficient operation! Staff is always friendly, and the guests are so colorful and artsy.

The food was well made, tasty even, but the portions were unacceptably small. The price is still going up yet my full size sandwich is now the size of a half? My wife's half-size was comically small, like 4 bites.

It legitimately felt like we'd been pranked. If sizes are going to be cut in half then prices need to follow suite. We are stunned and we will not be returning while this remains the situation. Absolutely rediculous.
