Food was hot and tasty. The dining room is large! One of the biggest I’ve seen. Lots of outdoor seating too. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. The dining room did have a strong funky smell that was off-putting. But it was clean to the eye.

Huge thank you to Manager/Jorge. I made a mistake ordering and he took the initiative to correct my error. Honestly, he went beyond what's expected. I hope an area supervisor/manager observes this post. Hard to find any service in the industry.

My husband and I are here attending to his father and now his father’s funeral. Since we are away from home we are having to grab a bite whenever and whenever we can. We grabbed a bagel here and the staff was rude and even the man who appeared to be a manager just ignored us when we were at the counter. One of the girls preparing the food told us to just put the little pager in the basket with a snotty attitude. Not a pleasant place to grab a snack.

Food portions have seemed to get smaller and costly through the years. However if not for the Sip Club, I wouldn't be making convenient visits to all Panera locations. Coffee is always good tasting and staff friendly.

I received RAW Blueberry muffins. Of course I didn't know this intel I drove all the way home. There products aren't inexpensive, so there is an expectation for quality. Manager didn't even apologize but after driving back down and waiting on him for 10 minutes I did receive a refund. I'm done!
