I’ve Been Going to this Panera Bread for YEARS , the service was exceptional
Until this new Columbian general manager came in and starts harassing me about having other food on me and threatening to kick me out because of it.
Literally everyone there does a phenomenal job except this manager
Get rid of her she is toxic , I go other places now because of her , horrible experience

Ordered a Pick-2 with a Greek salad. The cherry tomatoes and pepperoncinis were old. Same thing occurred last month but I wrote it off as a one off issue. Looks to me that this a trend.

I clearly asked for a sausage and cheese croissant sandwich with no eggs this morning so when I went to go get my money back the dude in the black ( jojo) immediately started giving me attitude acting like he was cardi b in this establishment, rolled that neck, lied, balled up her hands and pretended to simulate an “ angry black woman” flailing her neck and hands all over the place because they could kill someone giving them eggs. The old woman with the bob then Karen around the corner saying that I couldn’t come back for an overpriced sandwich that could have killed me if I was allergic to eggs or anyone else. The three geniuses then racially profiling me and discriminated against me for asking for my money back aggressively followed me to further harrassing me and racial profiling and discriminating because they are uneducated when it comes to black customers or the severity of giving someone eggs as it could be an allergy not to be taken lightly. I then decided. Since they told me I couldn’t come back to take a photo of the order I placed as well as take a photo of the sandwich with the huge eggs on it to show how people treat you when you ask for your money back and act as if it is going to stop your life because of incompetent employees who don’t want to be held accountable for their mistakes and be passive aggressive because they can’t comprehend simple instructions which could be also deadly if given to a customer with eggs allergies by Larry, Moe , and Curly here at this particular location. Thank you! I will gladly not return but I have called corporate and receive a case number regarding this incident that was recorded in the store. They can put me out but I already reported them. Happy new year!!!

On a Monday, I decided to go to Panera bread with my brother and Dad. That day my Mom was working. I literally had to wait like 44 minutes for my meal! The soup I ordered should've been done! Also my Dad literally had to pay like $13 or something for a bowl of probably less than half of chicken soup. My Dad even had to verify with the staff that our order was wrong. By the way, it doesn't even take that long to make a sandwich. Not to be mean, but like we had to wait a long time for our meal to be prepared. Last time I went there, the service was better than this time. The staff was also being rude to my Dad and sometimes being to loud.

Sad to say that the croissant sandwiches are much better at Donut Touch than panera. The croissant reminded me of a hamburger bun. Service is focused on computer screens instead of people.

I feel so sick after eating here, I was on the John 🚽 all day it’s night time now, I feel so sick I barely ate al day because I feel sick 🤢 I want to throw up and just plain terrible do not here !!!! Avoid this place at all costs 🤮

Took 45 minutes to make them a sandwich. They did not have enough people working the deli and manager was on a personal phone call for the entire duration. Once she stepped in things started moving fast. Besides there was no apology or concern.

Hello all, I hope my review will help others to know that this is the most disappointing panera bread location. The girl at the front was totally disgusting by giving me an attitude just because I asked her to give me a cup for water at first and then when I was getting the water in my cup she approached me to check if I am pouring soda and asked me what I had in the cup. After I showed her that I had water she left but with the face like I did something wrong. So I went to her and told her to give me a cup for soda and she did I paid 4.08 for the drink and tipped her $1 and didn’t take the cup and told her she can have it. What a behavior. If you don’t want to loose your customers you should train your personnel panera bread. This is not acceptable to check on customers by asking them in that manner. Let’s say even I did pour a soda from the machine in that 4oz cup you won’t loose much on it because my order was for $56
