Took 45 minutes to make them a sandwich. They did not have enough people working the deli and manager was on a personal phone call for the entire duration. Once she stepped in things started moving fast. Besides there was no apology or concern.

Hello all, I hope my review will help others to know that this is the most disappointing panera bread location. The girl at the front was totally disgusting by giving me an attitude just because I asked her to give me a cup for water at first and then when I was getting the water in my cup she approached me to check if I am pouring soda and asked me what I had in the cup. After I showed her that I had water she left but with the face like I did something wrong. So I went to her and told her to give me a cup for soda and she did I paid 4.08 for the drink and tipped her $1 and didn’t take the cup and told her she can have it. What a behavior. If you don’t want to loose your customers you should train your personnel panera bread. This is not acceptable to check on customers by asking them in that manner. Let’s say even I did pour a soda from the machine in that 4oz cup you won’t loose much on it because my order was for $56

I visited Panera Bread at 4S Commons with a craving for hot sandwiches. While the food was decent, I was disappointed by the lack of attention from the staff. My husband ordered his sandwich without tomatoes, but unfortunately, they were added anyway.
Additionally, the table cleanliness left something to be desired, as it felt a bit tacky and wasn't properly attended to. Overall, while the food was okay, the service experience could definitely use some improvement. I hope for a better experience on my next visit.
Love coming here to this location in 4S ranch Panera bread, people are nice and food is great too. I get fresh bread, love it. Its is very convenient location, lots of other shops around. Its always busy to park in front of the building.

I am not sure what is happening with this Panera location, but the food quality and service seems to be declining. I placed an order today for Broccoli Cheddar Soup along with a Frontega Chicken Sandwich.
The soup has absolutely no taste and the consistency is not thick at all. It is like runny water and the sandwich was hard as a rock with barely any Chicken. I also asked for couple of pickles during my in-cafe pickup and the ladies looked at each other, zero communication until one of the ladies stepped up and said I will give that to you.
I periodically come to this location either I will eat in or have a pickup done and the last couple of times the food quality has not been up to par. The worst part is the cost of food it keeps increasing and I easily spend about $20 plus dollars. I would except the quality and the quantity of food would be palatable.
It would be appreciated if management can make some changes or have some sort of quality standards for their food.
