I visited Panera Bread at 4S Commons with a craving for hot sandwiches. While the food was decent, I was disappointed by the lack of attention from the staff. My husband ordered his sandwich without tomatoes, but unfortunately, they were added anyway.
Additionally, the table cleanliness left something to be desired, as it felt a bit tacky and wasn't properly attended to. Overall, while the food was okay, the service experience could definitely use some improvement. I hope for a better experience on my next visit.

Love coming here to this location in 4S ranch Panera bread, people are nice and food is great too. I get fresh bread, love it. Its is very convenient location, lots of other shops around. Its always busy to park in front of the building.

I am not sure what is happening with this Panera location, but the food quality and service seems to be declining. I placed an order today for Broccoli Cheddar Soup along with a Frontega Chicken Sandwich.
The soup has absolutely no taste and the consistency is not thick at all. It is like runny water and the sandwich was hard as a rock with barely any Chicken. I also asked for couple of pickles during my in-cafe pickup and the ladies looked at each other, zero communication until one of the ladies stepped up and said I will give that to you.
I periodically come to this location either I will eat in or have a pickup done and the last couple of times the food quality has not been up to par. The worst part is the cost of food it keeps increasing and I easily spend about $20 plus dollars. I would except the quality and the quantity of food would be palatable.
It would be appreciated if management can make some changes or have some sort of quality standards for their food.
This is what you see in the menu and what you get as a bowl!!! It was half empty! It is very expensive for $9.45 +tax for not even a cup size!!!! This store is under serving. They definitely give less food than what they are supposed to!
It should be noted that this is not a pleasant place to curb your hunger. Food is too expensive for the taste and customer service is non existent. Tables are usually left with crumbs from the previous patron. The food and cost of it can't be controlled but the attitudes of the workers, can. Do better or get better workers. Not all, but I assume the ones that are not the problem, know who are.

Got the pepporini sandwich. It had very little meat on it so I basically paid for bread with a small amount of sauce and melted cheese.I wanted my sandwich cut in half so I walked it back on the plate to the young cook to cut. He cut it in half and went to hand me the sandwich without the plate. I asked he if he could put the sandwich back on the plate and he did but I thought what was he thinking?Panera bread does not have good tasting food at a decent price and I'm really surprised it's still open.
