Got the pepporini sandwich. It had very little meat on it so I basically paid for bread with a small amount of sauce and melted cheese.I wanted my sandwich cut in half so I walked it back on the plate to the young cook to cut. He cut it in half and went to hand me the sandwich without the plate. I asked he if he could put the sandwich back on the plate and he did but I thought what was he thinking?Panera bread does not have good tasting food at a decent price and I'm really surprised it's still open.

It's worth a walk around the neighborhood.Even though the atmosphere and service are 2% lacking, the taste is ? It's an ordinary Panena franchise.?

Panera used to be a good place for a quick meal. Not only it seems the food quality diminishes constantly, and prices increases, simple convenient things like the 'you pick two' have been changed to a combo with too much food and expensive.Last time you find me at a Panera voluntarily....

The restaurant was warm and inviting. We had hot soup and a delicious sandwich. The staff was courteous and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back.

Service is sub par at this location. Did not receive full order and basically had to argue that we had paid for it. Their screen didn't show our items so the kitchen said we never paid for something. Apparently the cashier was supposed to give us our bread.Parking: Can get busyKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome

my husband and I went and each ordered pick 2. They did not have all the soups, only 2 and it was served lukewarm and probably a cup of it. I ordered the salad and greens were not crisp, limp, husbands 1/2 sandwich was ok. We also ordered a cookie and a drink and total of bill was over $40! We'll go back for bagel and drink only. Disappointed.

This place has gone downhill. It used to be a reliable place for comfort food. I took my child to the restroom and there was no light on above the stall which is crazy because the last time I came there was a yr ago and I remembered it was out. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it may have been short staffed. We sat and waited for our buzzer to call us. I saw 1 family who was behind us in line get their dinner. Then a second family behind us got their dinner. I walked over to the counter and saw my food just sitting there I said the buzzer didn't go off. The young man said "ya some of them don't work" I said you couldn't call our name? "He just stared blankly. It's not his fault the buzzer doesn't work but doesn't anyone have common sense anymore, the paper has a name on it. Then to sit down and there's no fork and I have to go retrieve it. Later to discover the food has gone downhill also.I'll be honest the other things I noticed are only because we were sitting waiting for so long I probably would have overlooked it if I was busy feeding the kid.

I just got a greek yogurt parfait and pretty much a rip off. Very little of anything. These use to be big and plenty of yogurt and fruit. Won't buy again for a few spoonful of nothingness.

Lunch at Panera with mom has been my favorite. It's quiet cozy I haven't had anything that I don't like I love the variety of teas, all the sandwiches and their pumpkin soup at the moment cream of pumpkin to be exact amazing !!

Coffee weak and lukewarm.Chipotle/ chicken sandwich sparse on ingredients and chicken is shredded in small pieces. Hardly 1 oz. It is clean, overstuffed and expensive.

I enjoyed having Panera every now and then. I used to live in Midwest and the one that I go to - phenomenal service. I recently moved here at 4S neighborhood, decided to check the Panera near me. The lady who helped with my orders probably needed some more training when it comes to customer service and operating the bagel slicer. She was just throwing the bagels into the slicer instead of sliding it in. I knew then those bagels weren't sliced properly. When she was done placing all of them inside the bag- she nearly dropped my orders from the counter! No apologies was said from her. Didn't even looked me in the eyes. What?!? I still thanked her, though. Hoping she will do better with the next customer.I left the place shaking my head...

Ugh. Seriously Panera? Just got a half sandwich and a bowl of broccoli cheddar to go and they only filled HALF of my broccoli cheddar bowl. I can't believe this. Might as well have gotten a cup. Such a rip-off. You guys suck.
